Pricing is good but please find another carrier for delivery of the products. The shipment company making the delivery is one of the slowest I have ever experienced with the least amount of accurate tracking information. This experience makes one appreciate how lucky we are to have USPS, FedEx and UPS... I will not name the carrier because that would not be fair to them since I only have a single experience and I do not wish to appear biased in any way.

In short, the guys on the truck did a great job and were very professional, but their employer leaves quite a bit to be desired when referencing delivery time and accurate tracking information.

I was also under the impression that I would be informed from which vendor I actually made the purchase. That never did happen nor did I receive an invoice from whomever this purchase was actually made. It would be nice to have this information for my records since this was a considerably expensive purchase. PriceWaiter is simply a third party so how about letting your customers know where their money was spent??

The retailer was not an authorized reseller as price waiter promised. The shipping sounded like it would arrive within a week and it took 3.

While I did save money and the reseller registered my product directly with manufacturer for warranty, I would not go through this again. I would much rather spend money with an authorized reseller where I can do easy return and register warranty with manufacturers.

They are quick to negotiate and accept your offer then string you along for a week. Then when you press them for shipment info, they say they could not find a retailer and offer a refund. However, because the sale went through you are told to wait a week for funds to be refunded to your credit card. Bad business!

Customer service is great! Item was guaranteed new. And it came brand new and untouched. Thank you I will buy more from pricewaiter for sure!!!

QLED 55 INCH .Well so far so good really having watch too much at the TV but the TV works excellent a little different than the curve TV that I used to have but I'm enjoying the multi colors we watched a movie on it it was pretty good I believe you guys have excellent service to got to be within a couple of days the price was great would I be doing business in the future I'm sure Services incredible from this place they let me know when my TV was going to get here and everything else answer all my questions phenomenal place to buy or TV or any Electronics

I was concerned about purchasing a high value item from a 3rd party vendor. Thought about spending the extra money at a well established store in order to have peace of mind to avoid issues.
