Pretty Disappointed

The television I bought has been glitching from the moment I first turned it on. I emailed the pricewaiter team and they never responded. I waited a couple weeks and contacted them again and they told me that because it was past the 48 hour mark, that they could not do anything. They suggested that I go through the manufacturer warranty; passing the buck.

Will definitely not recommend this service to anyone.

Hello, we only sell products that have the full manufacturer warranty so that our customers are covered in case issues like the one you described. We understand how frustrating this is and we're happy to help if you have any questions about registering your warranty.

We're able to cover defects or shipping damages reported within 48hrs, but outside of that window, the manufacturer is the correct avenue for product defects or malfunctions. If you have evidence that you emailed during the 48hr window please send that to support@pricewaiter.com since our records indicate that your first outreach was 10 days after you received the TV.

Please email us at support@pricewaiter.com for further assistance with registering your product for the warranty.

I was really pleasantly surprised by…

I was really pleasantly surprised by this entire experience...had never heard of PriceWaiter. Was looking for a specific TV, fairly expensive and chose to try their services and I was floored by the price and the ease of transaction. Everything went smoothly for start to finish and I am completely satisfied. I thought I was going to be experiencing issues but I had absolutely none they delivered on every promise! Was a way better deal and experience than Amazon offers. They have won me as a future customer.

This site is way overpriced. Their deals aren't deals at all. I wouldn't waste my time or energy with this site.

Excellent concept and customer service

I stumbled upon pricewaiter while looking for a home theater system. I was very happy with the deal I got considering it was cheaper than all big retailers combined. The package arrived promptly.

I had to return the system due to it not having the features and being upto the mark but the return policy was quick and easy as well.

I bought a last year model OLED…

I bought a last year model OLED television. There was no real negotiation as the price I received was less than I could get it anywhere else. The product was shipped and received within a reasonable amount of time, the only glitch was the number was given to the delivery driver was different In the one I have. The communication with PriceWaiter was prompt and cordial.

I wanted to purchase two TVs for my…

I wanted to purchase two TVs for my home. It was around the 4th of July and I looked at the sale prices... I then made an offer 10-15% below the lowest price I could find... PriceWaiter could not match but did produce a 8% lower price that was delivered 7 days later in Perfect New Condition... the TV came from out of state, the seller’s info was sent to me and I looked up the TV price in their own site and it was 8%higher!!! - Not sure how it worked , but it works great

Extremely satisfied with my giant tv

Came to the site on a recommendation from a friend. Tv was exactly as described. No hidden fees or taxes! (Although that could be because of the different state shipping). Was able to speak to live representatives every time. Will recommend to any of my friends or those looking for cool gear on the cheap. Would buy from again.
