The "regular" (these are not regular pretzels) pretzels were good, but the soft pretzels were AMAZING!

Love your pretzels, it’s your customer service call back thats not good. It’s happened twice and I paid the $12 for free shipping and I don’t need it because I’ve spent enough each time to get the free shipping, but I can’t talk to anyone about it.
Plus I wanted individual gems and couldn’t figure out how to do that and again no one called me back.
Not sure I want to deal with your product again, sorry to say.

I have not been disappointed! My problem is which ones I like best. I have shared them with my grandchildren and they love them. I don’t think I can ever go back to buying the ones at the grocery stores.

I loved the Honey Mustard ones. I have not tasted the other pack.

I absolutely love the pretzels! They are just the right size for two and after reheating they taste just like the ones I used to buy, when I lived in NY, from the pretzel lady that came around the neighborhood with a baby carriage full of fresh pretzels to sell.
I also like the fact that the salt comes separately because we have to watch our use of salt. I find them yummy even with no salt as long as they are warm.

The Belgian chocolate covered pretzels are amazing! They are just enough to end the day with a sweet bite or two.

Wow, I love soft pretzels and very impressed that they are perfect as if you were to get them from a street vendor or a park. My wife has made me fresh soft pretzels even the fact she had to buy food grade acid where the trick to get that big, soft pretzel, the food grade lie is amazing crunchy on the outside, for me inside

I messaged to ask if you had gluten free and you did. I ordered some and it came in time for Mothers day. My wife shared one piece and had the rest. My one piece was very good.

This pretzels should come with instructions to share. My husband claimed the Kicking Jalapeño Pretzels. He finished them off in just under two days and I got maybe 5. Yeah, they are all that good!

Sent these to my daughter for a suprise. She loved them, she even commented on the packaging

I love the pretzels. They are fresh and so soft when I get them. They freeze well and taste great even after being frozen. Of course they don't last real long because I love the so much.
