5 stars just not enough ❤️
Always 5 stars! Goodie bags were fabulous as always - it's really exciting picking them up and Mollie knows exactly what to put in them!!
It's not like going into a shop when you visit Pretty Parade - it's like going in to see a friend. Lovely atmosphere and always a good catch up - I always mean to just pop in - but that never happens - in a good way!🤣🤣

Courteous & pleasant service
First time ordering from Prettyparade and it was a pleasant experience. Found a top from a particular brand there that I couldn’t find anywhere else so I was delighted. Very pleased with Pp.

Pretty Parade is a charming boutique with friendly staff, especially Mollie, who is known for her helpfulness and excellent customer care. However, my own experience was a bit mixed. I placed an order and faced some communication issues, as my emails weren't initially seen due to ending up in the spam folder. Although Mollie eventually helped resolve the issue, the item I wanted was lost and unavailable. While their service is commendable when it works, my order experience was not as smooth as I had hoped.
