Terrible delivery service! The quality of the pillow was absolutely awful... The personalised picture was completely distorted. Never again will this company get my money!!!

I have been really pleased with Pretty Creations, their Art Work and dedication to Customer Care is second to none. I live in Cyprus and have to admire their speed and efficiency in getting me my order through, the proof's, printing and my receipt of the order took only 8 days, 6 of which were postage time. Song picture I ordered for a wedding arrived and some of the text was missing from the words- have e-mailed twice and no response. Very disappointing as brought for a wedding present.

A bought it for my friend, Her dads just recently passed away and a thought it would be nice to get her something with a memory on it. She absolutely loves it

Absolutely shocking company, took ages to reply to emails, I ordered a personalised ceramic travel mug and when it eventually came the mug was smashed to bits with no print on, disgusting merchandise handling

Beautiful and unique creations, absolutely love these ideas. Unfortunately couldn't use the gift I ordered hense not 5 stars however didn't want to leave a bad review as consumer service was outstanding, tried their best to come to a solution for me and help best they can, just need a new delivery service as both packages I received the packaging was damaged and one of the idems was damaged.

Didnt expect to be severely delayed by pointless approvals and emails. Only for the delivery address not to be amended as requested, ruined a gift due to delays.

Had to email as order hadn't arrived but as soon as I had done this a replacement was sent out to me which arrived within 2 days. Item was in excellent condition, really pleased with it. Good job guys!

Have never received the order.. ordered a week and a half in advance.. they said would I like another being sent out, after them not telling me it had got lost in the post.. still not received anything and ordered on 18.07.2019 now it’s the 01.08.2019

I had a excellent experience with this company and the email me quick with my concerns and showed me the finish product they are there the whole time

I was absolutely gutted to not receive my product as promised.
I had ordered a personalised travel mug on the 9th July, we are now the 27th July and I still haven’t received my product.
I was told that a replacement travel mug would be sent out and I still didn’t receive that.
I have been given two tracking numbers with Royal Mail and told the products were lost by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail informed me the product was not sent out correctly, it was on a tracking service but posted in a way which was not very secure, both times.

No form of compensation was offered and refund only provided after me asking for it.
Reading other reviews it seems the same pattern happens.
A product gets ordered, ‘delivered’, not received a replacement is then offered and ‘delivered’ but never received until finally a refund is requested.
How can a company make the product first time and then offer a replacement every time to send again.
I will not be ordering with these again.
