Wasn't happy
This auction decides half way through to put reserves on items, after a few emails they explained why, but this should have been discussed with seller before auction had begun, sorry for this review Prestige as I had bought before without incident but if someone enters lots without a reserve they should stay that way,

We have already discussed this previously by email and publicly on your earlier negative review. I don’t think there is any need for you to leave another negative review regarding the same issue from several months ago.
As previously advised, a seller passing away mid-auction is unforeseen and I am terribly sorry that this prevented you “getting a bargain” as you said but this is beyond anyone’s control or wishes at any point in life.
A very young lady lost her young father and we decided this was the best course of action and to this day, we stand by this decision. In fact, several people have since commented on your earlier review and how we handled this situation!
I am sorry that you didn’t get the bottle of whisky you were winning at the time this occurred in the early days of a live auction and I am sorry you are not happy with our auction house but again, looking after a young bereaved girl is much more important to us in business but most importantly, as human beings.
As I mentioned before, please feel free to get in touch with me personally to discuss further if you wish.

I found a box
I found a box, right at the very back of my mums wardrobe. It was a beautiful bottle of Louis V111 Cognac. I approached 3 auction houses. By far the most professional and kind was Nicola at Prestige. In a world I know nothing about it was important I felt represented and valued,and I was...in spades!! Thank you so much Nicola!
