EXCELLENT
Mix up initially with the titles, but they went above and beyond to get my wife's Christmas present to us....even though a little late, it was perfect.
They gave me a full refund too that I will be donating to a local charity.
Many thanks.

Excellent customer service
I ordered two sets of Lord & Lady titles for our son & daughter and their spouses as extra Christmas presents but, unfortunately, they didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. I contacted Prestige Titles customer service services by email who replied immediately and arranged for replacement documents to be sent out by next day delivery with Royal Mail. As promised the envelope arrived the next day so they kept their word. Excellent service, very polite and ensured that I am happy with their actions. The titles are well worth what I paid and I will definitely use Prestige Titles again for this kind of purchase in the future and I very happily thoroughly recommend them.

I have a question regarding the titles…
I have a question regarding the titles in the state of Texas? Can you use the documents to update your license and cards, passport to your new title? My spouse is a nut when it comes to titles and such! He can recite lineages from almost all the European countries! I would love to be able to get him a title he could use! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Please don't waste you're money
I bought a Lord title from here, it ain't worth the paper it's written on. Firstly DVLA returned it and said only hereditary titles and titles bestowed upon you can be used. So I tried my 3 bank accounts, again all came back with the same reply. These CANNOT be used for licence change and bank account change. So save your money, they're not worth anything! Seems the government are cracking down on these companies.

Dear Glenn,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarity.
To avoid any disappointment, we do make it clear on our website that while many of our customers have successfully updated documents such as bank cards and driving licences, we cannot make any guarantees for specfic organisations. Ultimately, this depends on the discretion of the individual or organisation processing the request.
Over the years, thousands of customers have shared their positive experiences, including updates to various documents. It can also depend on how these updates are requested, and whether the instructions were closely followed.
Our titles, while not to be confused with hereditary peerages or state-bestowed titles, are designed to facilitate a legal change of title under English Common Law. They make for a truly unique and meaningful gift experience, perfect for someone who already has everything!
We hope you still enjoy your title and have a great experience with it going forward. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
