(Understand it’s not for above company) but I’ve ordered from prestigejewels.net and now am worried about details that have been put in and also if my necklace will ever come… don’t know if I should get in contact with the bank?

Firstly just want to say that I know this isn’t the correct trust pilot but is the one most people will look at! I made the order then after reading reviews on here was going to cancel but contacted them on INSTAGRAM and they said they would ship express, my parcel then arrived within 2 weeks via DHL express. Although when contacting them they gave me copy and paste answers that had little to no relation to what I was asking so I don’t think after the initial conversation I was getting any personalised responses and it did sometimes take a day or 2 to get a reply. Overall I wouldn’t reccomend using this company as they don’t state that it is shipped from china and it also seems very hit and miss, I’m very happy with my order but I know I’m in the minority. My only advice if you have made an order is contact through Instagram private message as i don’t think they even read their emails but got responses to all of my Instagram messages within 2 days.

I received this necklace but have someone’s else’s picture in the heart very disappointed as was chosen by my little boy. Please can you sort this out

I ordered a necklace with a picture of me and my mum for a Christmas present early in November, its nown December 24th. Absolutely disgusting this company is!!

DO NOT ORDER
Awful horrible cheap disgusting jewellery
Claims to be based in Manchester with a bogus phone number
Items are shipped from CHINA
Ignored all emails regarding a refund
Item came damaged diamonds were missing and in an awful gift box (which I paid extra for) half the ribbon was missing on the box
Was meant to be a Christmas present

Absolutely horrible.

I made an order on December 1st and it’s been 25 days, yet my package isn’t even in transit!! When I tried to contact the support staff to get some sort of information, my email was completely disregarded and I didn’t get any sort of response. Wish I looked at the reviews before hand before purchasing anything from this horrible company.

I ordered a necklace recieved a keyring with someones else's photo inside complete wrong order... Not satisfied

Literally the worst company ive purchased from in a long time. It stated 3 to 5 business days for delivery only to find out after confirming payment its coming from China and took a month. A personalised photo necklace and the picture isnt even visible, its just a smudge and the chain isnt long enough to fit, more like bracelet size.

Ordered my item on the 1st December, I received it today 23rd December and it is someone else’s order… I’m more annoyed that some random person has pictures of my kids… awful company do not buy from these!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 necklaces from here they money has came out my bank and i still haven’t recived a confirmation or dispatch email and it has been over 2 weeks and it still hasn’t came read all the reviews here and seen i’ve clearly been ripped off

I purchased a key ring with a photo inside … I read the reviews after and feared the worse ! My order took almost three weeks to arrive and seemed to halfway across China and to the back of beyond on the tracker but I finally received it today ! It’s lovely , I’ve got to say I’m very pleased with it . After reading such rubbish reviews I tried to cancel it but I’m glad I didn’t .
Maybe I was just very lucky with my order !

Unfortunately there is no rating below a 1 . I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered anything from this company.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter from her children, this was on 5th of December.
I had an email on 8th to say it's been despatched I have tried contacting them several times over the last 2 weeks and have received no reply whatsoever
My only recourse now is to try a charge back from my bank
Seems this has happened to many people .

I ordered from prestigejewels.co.uk (not net) a month ago, not heard anything from then, no contact number, basically a scam website, please do not order from then, my shipping says yun express fro the last month, i know ive been ripped off.

Hi, well I ordered a sliver necklace on the 20th of November it came today the 17 of December and it was a key ring not a necklace, I bought 2, still good clear pictures but I ordered a necklace not a key ring

Just received my order which I ordered on the 16th Nov, came on a cheap keyring not a necklace with somebody else's photo in it which is FAB😐

I've seen some things I would like to order from the prestigejewels.co.uk site but saw these reviews before ordering. I've checked the prestigejewels.net site and it's the exact same as the .co.uk has anyone ordered from the UK site and has positive feedback? I would like to order but obviously don't want scammed, it's a shame if a genuine business is suffering because of the confusion.

Ordered a photo necklace from them, received a cheap key ring, no photo. Complete rip-off.

Having read some of the reviews I became worried I had been scammed. Which I had. BUT NOT FROM THIS COMPANY. It is my understanding that prestige.net reviews take you to this company. I ordered a neckless 23rd November, tracking was given but no movement at all. No reply from the return email given. I have contacted my bank who have given a charge back. Miraculously after I done this, I now have an item, questionable if it is actually a neckless, travelling around China to the airport. However, it is not this company... please be mindful when leaving a review. Prestige.net is not here

I haven't received my order and I placed it on November 28, 2021. Please respond. Contact ASAP because I'm reporting you guys for fraud.
