SCAM!! Ordered 2 necklaces in back in December 2021 and never received them and never got a refund for them. They also ignored my emails i sent to them regarding my order😡

Incredible service from start to finish. Definitely coming back for my second piece.

This is a NO star review. I the company sent me items I did not order, I sent them back and they have not refunded me. Do not put trust in this company. Do not buy anything from this company. Very poor quality and not the same as pictures on website.

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased… ordered 10 weeks ago, still no ring and all emails thus far have been ignored. It wasn’t even a personalised item with a photo etc, just a bog standard mass produced ring I was waiting for. Can’t find a working website link for them now so I presume my money is long gone. Very disappointed.

Ordered 28th December 2021 its now 13th April and I've still not received my order! Do not ise this company!

not worth one star, ordered a ring in January still not arrived, sent numerous emails totally ignored do not use this company.

If I could give zero stars I would my 1 year old daughter bought a necklace for me on the 8th of December. She only told me about this today. Its never arrived and she was charged for it. Avoid company like the plague.

Ordered two necklaces and never arrived ordered before Xmas. They have ignored my emails ever since the new year.

Bought a necklace with a family photo as a keepsake, the necklace is completely tarnished & unable to wear, absolutely disguted at what they claim is "good quality" & unable to get any response from numerous emails sent to them, i couldve bought better quality from my local market! Please Don't waste your money on this company, they're appalling, total scam!!

Please do not order from this company

Placed an order that arrived poor and damaged.

Sent endless amounts of emails for them to amend this issue and they just ignore you.

Don't waste your money and time

MASSIVE SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... ITEM NEVER ARRIVES AND THEY PRETEND YOUR ORDER IS STILL BEING PROCESSED. I RECIEVED AN EMAIL 2 WEEKS LATER TO SAY ITS BEEN DELIVERED IN FRANCE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE

Scam do not order! Item never arrives

My son ordered my a personalized chain in December for Christmas. Still not arrived so for sure a scam. I’m very upset as my son uploaded a picture of my brother who tragically died. 8 emails sent for refund as he’s 16 and saved so hard. Gutted for him & legal action will be taken.

Ordered beginning of December.... its now Feb 23rd and still not received my order. After enquiring in January they tried to tell me I didn't upload a picture which is lies.... iv since sent them a picture and still not received anything. Beginning to think they are a con
