I purchased two cheese and wine…
I purchased two cheese and wine hampers, good communication and hampers arrived on time. The hampers are well packaged with cold packs to keep the cheese chilled. Would recommend, I wouldn't buy it full price though as I do think its slightly pricy for what you get

Be Careful With Deliver Times!
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Initially I was notified that they should arrive some time between 9am and 12noon. That estimate kept getting later and later until they finally arrived some time after 6pm, by which time we had already gone out for a meal. I raised the issue with the company and they basically said there is nothing that they can do, and they were not interested in the impact that had on the quality of their service.

Typically, deliveries are made between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm, and the courier usually provides an estimated time slot on the day via their tracking system.
We completely understand how important timely delivery is and are sorry we cannot offer more precise information.

Appalling Customer Service
I got an emailed unsolicited £10 pound voucher enticing me to come back. I could not find where to enter the voucher code so tried their customer service chat on the website. Nil response and finally the chat asked me to fill out a form which I did. 48 hrs and nothing heard. 3 attempts to get through to customer services and was finally told how to enter the voucher. I now find the voucher has expired 13 hours ago. Customer Services have said "nothing we can do" despite them seeing the chat conversation 48 hours ago. I would stay away from this company as I recollect I had problems with an order 3 years ago which took a lot of sorting - I should have remembered. There are lots of other companies providing this service and I will take my employees Xmas gift order elsewhere.
