I ordered this hamper as a gift for a friend, thankfully I had it delivered to my home address. I was so disappointed with the presentation. It was a box with a little basket with a couple of bits in it and a plastic bag of cheese. Covered with a paper bag. Not at all what I had expected. I could have made a much better hamper myself, so glad I didn't have it sent to my friend.

I live in Nashville USA but am originally from the UK. It is very reassuring to be able to send quality gifts to family in England. Thank you for the ease of using your website. I always get good reports from the gifts I send, and gifts arrive on time.

I ordered a hamper as a Christmas gift. I ordered it nice and early in November. Eight days before it was due to be delivered the recipient moved house. I couldn't see a way of adjusting the delivery address on the website so I emailed Prestige Hampers. This was really late at night, as soon as I picked up the message about the house move. Within a minute I received a couple of acknowledgement emails. Before 8 in the morning I received a very nice email explaining that they had put the order on hold and asking for the new address. Before 9 in the morning I had replied and they had reinstated the order with the new address - all sorted. Customer service, like this, seems rare these days but it was a delight dealing with them.

Good ,BUT only if you want to wait 6 days for rotten fruit

I have ordered goods worth 137£ and after 2 days (from expected delivery ) of sending pointless emails I heard from customer service which magically came back to life that it's royal mail fault and nothing to do with them.

If they ever came back to you it only be to laugh in your face that you were stupid enough to let them robe you

I sent a cheese hamper last year for christmas and they loved it and it arrived swiftly and i thought it was a good idea to do the same again, and i will probably use again

Wow, I've only ever had a hamper delivered to someone direct before and this is my first experience seeing a hamper myself. So impressed with the packaging for transport, the hamper quality and the content quality and value for money.

Also liked the flexibility to arrange delivery when I knew I was going to be in.

Will definitely use again.

My father recently had a life threatening DVT so in order to let him know I was thinking of him I chose to order a fruit hamper to be delivered to his home as I live some distance away. The hamper took so long to arrive the fruit was no longer fresh, infact the grapes were like mush. The Kiwi was soft. The packaging was damaged and the overall appearance and quality of the product was not at all like the advertised product. Having complained to the company they offered £10 compensation on account or a replacement. Seeing it has now been over a week since my father's illness the time has passed. I have requested a full refund but they have closed the complaint and literally dismissed me. This is a dreadful company to deal with. They take no responsibility for the distress caused. Receiving mouldy fruit as a gift is so upsetting. So much for Christmas Cheer.

So quick and simple to use ,Plenty to choose in regard of sweet.Wine,or Non Alchol.

They were missing some info and requested it by e-mail. Nothing complicated. Once the info was sent they replied quickly and politely to let me kmow everything was OK for the delivery. Good, polite service

This was honestly the worst hamper I have ever received. It was absolutely not worth the cost, and I feel completely let down. The pictures on the website looked amazing, but the actual product I got was nothing like what was advertised. The quality was poor, the presentation was disappointing, and it felt like a cheap version of what I thought I was paying for. I expected something special, but instead I ended up with something that looked rushed and careless. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed, and after this experience, I will definitely never shop with them again.

I have just received a hamper as a Christmas present and was very disappointed by the contents. On checking the web site I found it had cost £39.99 for 6 items.

We made a mistake with the delivery date requested for one of the luxury Christmas hampers and needed it to be changed to the following day. Prestige sorted out the problem with no extra charges and no fuss at all. Fantastic customer service and fantastic products.

The website was easy to nagivate even for a person with limited computer knowledge. I am in NZ, but the Christmas Santa Sack is going to my son and family in the UK, so I am not able to give a review on the contents, but I have used Prestigehampers before which they did enjoy.

Against my better judgement I decided to use Prestige Hampers again this year, I shouldn't have! The hampers were Delivered far too early for the date I specified and to the wrong address to boot. Thankfully the people who did receive them were honest enough to take them to where they were supposed to go. Customer service was just hard work. A mealy mouthed apology and it's their policy to deliver on a date other than what is specified by the person ordering them. What's the point?!
My business will go elsewhere next year!
