I would thoroughly recommend Bold Street Beds
I purchased a Sealy double bed from Bold Street Beds, but found the bed too high for me to use. They kindly exchanged the bed for an Opera model. Unfortunately, this proved to be to short for me, so they removed the bed so that I could obtain a suitable one.
Throughout my dealings with Bold Street Beds the staff have always been extremely polite, pleasant and kind, especially Mark, who dealt with my purchases.

Great service and friendly staff
The friendliness of Ben the sales guy, explaining everything about the different mattresses helped us select the right one.
There was however a small issue with delivery, Ben had asked us what time was best for delivery we said morning. When the day came for delivery I received an email saying it was to be delivered in the afternoon, I rang the company and explained that we wouldn’t be in as we had things planned and couldn’t change anything, the guy I spoke to said he would sort it out and get back and within 10 minutes he rang me to say they would deliver in half an hour , which they did, very efficiently. I have used prestige in the past and would definitely use them again.

I Took a while choosing the right…
I Took a while choosing the right mattress at bold st beds Preston, as there was so much choice, mark helped us with all our options. Was told on the phone there would be a phone call or text and given an hour window for delivery. The message never came, luckily I was in to receive the mattress! However the mattress didn’t fit the recess of my new bedframe. Mark went out of his way to help me with my suituation and I couldn’t have asked for any better help/ kindness. A credit to the company
