Friendly staff with in depth product…
Friendly staff with in depth product knowledge and a large selection of beds to try out. My mattress was swiftly delivered after manufacture, the delivery staff were well mannered and quickly installed the new mattress and removed the old one. wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The salesperson was very thorough in finding out what we needed and showing us what was available, and the various prices. We didn't feel pressured at all. A choice of delivery dates was offered. The delivery men were very efficient, removing the old bed and installing the new one.

Oue New Bed
We wee allowed to look arround the show rooms with no presure o buy1! We were given good advise when we reuired it. We had purchaced a new good quality Matterass from this store 12 years previous and ended up on this occasion replacing the comple bed and headboard at a competative price.
The delivery swrvice is also very good as they remove your old bed at no extra charge!

Top service from start to finish
The sales team were great in the shop taking us through various options and creating the best personal package for us based on what we wanted from the bed, the mattress and our budget.
Nathan and Pete were great during the delivery clearing the path for the bed, taking care in taking our new bed upstairs, building it and removing all of the rubbish. They were courteous and couldn't do enough.

Highly recommended and always there to support
We have used Prestige beds for many years now and bought several beds with no problems at all and always high standard in product and service. Our main bed of a few years had a spring come out of the side, so i emailed them and a replacement mattress was issued within a week as it was still under warranty. I cannot fault this company and very happy with their service. Highly recommended and always there to support xx
