Tras instalar un módulo gratuito de los que ofrece PrestaHero y al no conseguir que funcionase como se suponía, me puse en contacto con ellos para ver si podrían ayudarme.
De inmediato me respondieron y, tras unos días de seguimiento y comunicación constante conmigo, consiguieron atender y solucionar todos los detalles y requisitos que teníamos, que no fueron pocos, quedando su módulo perfectamente integrado en el desarrollo de nuestra tienda.
La respuesta del equipo de PrestaHero ha hecho que en mi próximo desarrollo, sin duda, le de una oportunidad a toda la suit de productos que ofrecen.

I met a problem during the module integration i couldn't download the good free modules we can have on this website so i decided to contact the assistance. They were very fast in their response and very useful i'm very happy. The modules are good and the support too !

Me he quedado gratamente sorprendido con la amabilidad y eficacia del servicio y los módulos. En mi caso se trata de un módulo gratuito "Login as customer" que no se instalo correctamente en mi PrestaShop. Tras escribirles y sin mucha esperanza de que me dijeran algo al tratarse de un módulo gratuito. mi sorpresa fue mayúscula cuando no sólo me contestan, si no que el servicio prestado y la velocidad con la que me han ayudado es muy satisfactoria. Gracias por hacer bien vuestro trabajo, sin duda habéis ganado un cliente.

Empresa totalmente recomendada
