Easy experience. Only issue was presale code wasn't valid until 10:03 rather than 10:00. A minor issue but frustrating as it made me worry that I wouldn't get tickets

System glitches while booking
It took four attempts to book tickets, the first three the system kept coming back with an error that I was exceeding the maximum number of tickets, but I was only buying four which was the maximum. It also does not allow you to choose your own seats like ticketmaster does.

Hi, sorry that this happened. This on sale was extremely popular with lots of customers trying for tickets at the exact same time. This means that a purchase can take a little longer than usual with availability and ticket types/amounts fluctuating. Thank you for persevering and hope you enjoy the gig either way. Thanks ^M

Not impressed
To get your tickets you have to down load the O2 Academy app which you do to find it's linked to the Ticketmaster app only to find out that your paid for tickets will not show up on your account till 2 weeks before the gig!! when all my others tickets are there straight away
