I ordered a grater. It came defective. I emailed to let them know they said there is nothing they can do. I told him I cannot even attach the piece together it’s clearly defective I even sent a picture of the defect. They said sorry. I told them I want to return it. They said it would cost me too much to return it to China. Wouldn’t even give me an address to return it to. I sent several emails, they always responded sorry I’m dissatisfied but nothing they can do!!!!!

I should have listened and paid attention to the reviews! Worst company ever!

Wrong item ordered a 5 in 1 grater got a tabletop grater not even what I ordered. didn’t disclose you were ordering from China until you paid then you get hit with international fees and bank international fees rip off I called my credit card company and put in a fraud notice as not correct order don’t know how to send back

If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. This company is a SCAM! They advertised a nice grater with replaceable blades. They sent a tiny toy looking grater that DOES NOT have replaceable blades. In addition, it advertised that it was big enough to stick a whole bell pepper in the top to grate. Ha! It's way too small. Not even the same product as advertised.

Received the product 3 weeks after it said it would be delivered. Tried to use it once and the drum, the base, and the handle all broke with trying to shred one block of cheese. Tried to get a refund per their defective products return policy and was offered $3. Then $6, then $9. Do not buy a thing from this company.

I ordered a 5 in 1 drum grater. What I have received is clearly a different product, a smaller drum grater, with 3 different drums instead of 1 drum with 5 interchangeable blades. Not only is it different, it is defective. The suction does not hold for more than 5 seconds and the drum unit is so difficult to align, because it's cheap rubbish. I have received an insulting offer of "compensation" from the Customer Service Team. $3USD, then $5USD, now $7USD. What a joke! I paid $42USD for this unusable piece of rubbish! Do not buy this product, do not deal with these people!!

I never received my item. I ordered in early February, here it is mid May. Supposedly they shipped another one in March when I didn't receive the 1st one, but didn't receive the second one either. They just keep giving me the runaround that it's still on the way smh

Like many other here have said....This company is a scam. I ordered 2 cheese graters on March 23, 2025. I kept tracking and things were stalled in one location for weeks. I kept contacting the company. Then suddenly the tracking showed that the package had been delivered on April 17, 2025. I contacted them again, then the tracking showed it was delivered April 21, 2025. Needless to say I never received the package. Gave me a bogus tracking #. Sorry to me and everyone else who has lost their money to this stinking company.

Very cheaply made. Got the 5 in 1 grater. It's cheap, thin plastic that broke the first use. The attachment doesn't even stay on the base. Customer services is a joke and said they won't refund me because I got what I ordered. Don't waste your money. Also took over a month to get the product.

Would give 0 stars of if I could! Total scam. Bought a product that was beautifully advertised and they sent something totally different. When I emailed customer service that initially offered me a $3.00 refund, I paid $35 for the item. When I refused to agree to that, they offered a $6.00 refund. Infuriating. Do yourself a favour and avoid the hassle.

Holds my phone steady and sturdy—perfect angle for binge-watching Netflix. Feels sleek, looks classy, qualitys solid. Waited three whole weeks but was totally impressed when it finally arrived.

I was kinda skeptical first due to the weird design but its legit keeps my sink unclogged and looks pretty neat too. Fits perfectly and cleaning is breeze.

Company is a scammer. Ordered a grater that took 7 weeks to receive. They are located in China but shipment came from a warehouse in Chicago. Gave false tracking info the entire time. Once I finally received the product, it was not at all like advertised. Very cheap, broke within 30 mins. Only would reimburse a small portion of the cost of the product.

They shipped me the wrong product and despite photo and video evidence that it is not what I ordered they continue to insist it is and refuse to give me a refund or send me the product I ordered. They offered me $4 for a $42 product. Don’t buy from them, it’s a scam. You won’t get what you paid for.

I would give them no stars if I could they are a total scam and they do not send you your product.

Wish I’d googled this company first. Ordered the grater in January and didn’t receive it by end of February. They put in a reorder but haven’t been able to get any tracking info without having to buy it. Middle of April and neither grater has arrived. They suggested I check with my neighbors. I’ve got a paper trail but no grater. NEVER order from this company. If I could give “0” stars, I would.

I wish I could give zero stars. I got suckered into order a cheese grater on 1/25/25. The delivery process was slow (came from Italy) but it halted in Atlantic City, NJ on 2/22/25. There it stayed, no movement whatsoever. On the evening of 3/17/25 at 6:35pm (that timing is important here) I got fed up and emailed them inquiring where my order was as the package hadn’t moved in a month and by that point it had been close to 2 months since I ordered it. I got a response within 3 minutes confirming that they saw there was no update on the tracking so they would send a new one out for me. Fast forward a couple weeks and still nothing. On 4/2/25 I email them stating I still have not received anything and to just refund my money at this point. They then reply early the next morning stating per the tracking information, it was delivered. I then go to the tracking information that they sent for the second package they sent out on the evening of 3/17 and see that it says it was delivered at 11:38am on 3/17. Mind you I didn’t even email them until 6:35pm complaining about not receiving my package. I then also check the original tracking number and wouldn’t you know that also says delivered on 3/17 at 11:38am. They manipulated tracking. They have zero answers for the ridiculous timeline of events. All their customer service told me was to check with my neighbors and friends and check with the post office. They refuse to refund my money and have stopped answering my emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!!! They give fake tracking info that says item delivered before even being sent.

This company is a total fraud. I ordered from American website and this charge showed from UNHYYTEAHTZ. I believe this is Chinese PayPal account. They sent me 3 fake trackers. USPS said were all fake. 3rd fake tracker showed still in Hong Kong on Mar 13th. When they showed a totally different tracker showing it was delivered on 13th. Fraud! Do not order from them! They stole $111.29 dollars from me and no product was received. Have been dealing with lie after lie since Feb 7th 2025. This website should be blacklisted and shut down. They seem to take in money with no product to ship. Fraud! I want a full refund and this website DOGED

One star because unable to comment without it. Regret not finding these reviews before I ordered. Scammed out of my payment by Preservea. I also waited over a month for delivery. Received the wrong item (same as many of you) and documented with photos of what I ordered versus the cheap item sent to me. Offered to send me 3$. They know what they are doing. Hope these reviews are found before more people are duped into buying from Preservea.
