Waste of time and money, they never respond regarding refunds.

The most useless service, site, everything about PrepWay is a waste of money and time, DO NOT PURCHASE... After the first purchase they'll tell you you need to purchase the software, then purchase the exam, then purchase subscription, then purchase downloads, WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT.. I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PREPWAY, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..MONEY WASTED DOWN THE TRASH.. A 1 star rating is too generous, they deserve a 0/10

It's a good start for Job seekers to try it out. It does not disappoint. The customer service are top notch.

Exam questions were no where near what was on the real exam plus I was forced to spend a lot of money on a reader software whose cost was not mentioned upfront. Because there questions were so lame, i didn't pass the exam and now they are not honoring their money back guarantee if you dont pass the exam. Avoid at all costs!!

When I bought Dump, it didn't say that I had to buy extra software. I bought the dump and found I had to buy extra software to see the questions. It's a rip-off. Definitely stay away from this site.

I didn't realize when I paid for PrepAway PSPO 1 premium file I couldn't actually download it and use and sit the practice exams until I also PAID a ridiculous amount of $$ to use the app Vumingo.com...

Biggest Scam Ever!

They promise gold but deliver dirt!

You start off feeling great—tempted by the premium prep and the confidence of passing your exam. But the moment you pay, the real trap appears! Suddenly, you're forced to buy an insanely expensive software that was never mentioned upfront.

The price is outrageous, and the tests? Not even close to what they advertised! A total ripoff. Avoid at all costs!

The course I purchased includes instructions on downloading and installing files like practice VM's, and needed to folow allong the lessons. However, these files are not available for download. The course feels incomplete and seems to be designed for a completely different platform since the required files are missing. This is a wery bad platform!

I bought two products with it and I failed, now I only use material from the prepdayexam, not to mention that the price of the prepway is very expensive and I still have to buy software.

I bought the CompTIA A+ Premium Bundle for a friend, unknowingly after paying, the demanded that we need to open the files through another software "vumingo" and we have to pay another huge amount.

I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. It's a big scam.

Please do not buy anything from here this is kind of scam, this people don't say anything in the beginning and then they want you to pay for everything. worst worst worst, time wasting and very difficult to use. Please don't even think to click on this site.

I've already bought a product from them, the big problem is the prices, you have the product on the website and then you have to buy the software that costs twice as much as the product and the software is theirs because it doesn't sell together with the file that costs 59 dollars? I stopped buying from them for this reason, today I only buy from the prepdayexams website

I bought some rubbish from them, I wasn't approved, the prices were high and I had to buy a player simulator on the side, the only place I had success was on prepdayexams

First, this company advertises $59.99 for its ABA CRCM exam bank. Then, when you're paying, that's when PrepAway bills you for a subscription. That's deceptive advertising. Second, when I paid the first payment, to access the content, it directs me to another subscription with the same deceptive subscription at another site. There is no contact number for customer service. There's no account dashboard to cancel or refund. Prepaway, I have emailed your support email address today to refund my money!

This is false advertising and extremely misleading. The full price is not disclosed upfront and must be incorporated at the very beginning of and throughout the ad. The additional subscription is relevant and should be fully disclosed with ALL costs on the "1-2-3 steps" graphic. The additional cost should be clear and conspicuous, prominent, and be placed in close proximity to all three steps, and not on a separate page (or in this case, on several pages away from the triggering claim). The below initial "PrepAway $59.99" graphic claims that I will receive questions, answers and exam updates for $59.99 (and fails to mention that's its actually a subscription that is 3 times more that amount)...this page makes a triggering claim.

The "how to open ETE files" on the right hand side does not have the additional Vumingo price listed on the same page as the triggering claim. The FTC requires that additional costs must be in close proximity to the triggering page. You are required to label all costs (including a subscription) appropriately to convey the importance, nature and relevance of the triggering information it is dependent upon. Everything about how you're advertising the test bank is the sheer definition of false advertising (with the use of half truths), hidden disclosures, or disclosures that are not presented as one cohesive price. Refund me my money in its entirety immediately.

used their questions 6 times for 6 different trainings/exams. the first two were ok, however Prince 2 foundation, Prince 2 practitioner and an AWS, the premium answers have many many many wrong answers plus they don't represent the exam questions for like 60-80%. i used the subscription and requested refund of my money and they denied it. when I made a claim request from my bank, they wrote me:
