I've paid ITExams.com for 2 different Microsoft Exams with the most recent being the AZ-104 Azure Administrator. What I have found is that there are questions with the wrong answers. There are a lot of repeated questions, so you aren't really getting the number of questions you are paying for. The screenshots of some of the Azure Portal pages have such low resolution that they are unreadable. I tried using the Magnifier in windows, changing screen resolution and other things. None work. I've been pasting the question into Google, taking me to the same question on other exam sites, which have much better better screenshots.
Lastly, each page has 50 questions. I can't get through a page without the login timing out. I have to log back in, go into the exam again, and move forward to the page I was on. I emailed their support about this and they responded asking me to email them the username and PASSWORD for my account. I can understand needing the username. However, asking me for my password raises serious concerns about how they handle security. Especially asking the password to be sent via email, which is absolutely not secure. If this is the way their site is configured, that they need to ask the users for their passwords to make changes, something is not right. If that is the case, expose the setting on the account settings page for the user to change when logged in.
I'll be working on some AI certifications this year and will not use them again.

SCAM in my opinion: “Lifetime Access” Sold, Then Removed.

I’m sharing my experience to warn others.

Over time, I purchased several subscriptions advertised as lifetime access. This was a deliberate decision based on the promise that access would not expire. Recently, I logged in and discovered that all of my "lifetime" subscriptions had been removed without warning.

When I contacted support, I was told that lifetime access was no longer valid. The only option offered was three months of temporary access to only two subscriptions I had already paid for permanently, with no mention at all of the several other subscriptions and no compensation proposed for them or anything else. That is not what was sold, and it is not what I agreed to.

This website is not recommendable at all. They are not real.

First, they don't have free "full exam questions and materials". You can see 10 questions and then you need to pay $70 for one month of access to one exam.

Second, the exam questions are old.

Don't waste your money. Very disappointing service, purchased a practice exam for the ASIS PSP exam, around 50% of the questions or answers were incorrect.

When I emailed the company 2 days later requesting a refund and offering to correct the questions I was told this wasn't possible.

After being a loyal customer for several years and purchasing multiple lifetime subscriptions, I recently logged in only to discover that all my subscriptions had been removed. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that my so-called "lifetime" subscriptions were no longer valid. They offered me the option to restore one of my subscriptions for a limited three-month period—no thanks. I’d rather spread the word about your shady business practices and the inaccuracy of your exam answers. If zero stars were an option, that's what I would have chosen.

Wrong answers. It will make you to fail, if you follow these answers. I lost $50.

Paid for az104, when cross referencing answers with other providers and portal itself, so many answers are wrong, do not use

all wrong answers. scams!

This website is a scam. No tech-support and reply although the site said 24/7. Bought one but there are no questions, just the multiple choices and answers. Where are the questions to those answers? I wrote but get no reply. Try to refund through PayPal but It said I have to wait for 6 months. In the mean time try to resolve with the vendor. That just crap. I should have pay with Amex.

These guys are fraudulent. AVOID at all cost. Lots of repeated questions and most answers are wrong. Customer support email bounces back.If I could give zero stars for reviewing I will.

Paid $199 for three months of access on 8 February 2024. Still cannot access the exam as of 11 February. Tried tech support but not very responsive. Now will challenge charge to my credit card. Buyer Beware!

If you want to pass the MCD exam, DO NOT refer this as many answers are wrong.

Ich habe den vollen Zugriff auf Splunk Power User gekauft und musste feststellen, dass viele der Fragen falsch beantwortet werden.

Do not use this if you want to pass an exam. There are WRONG ANSWERS !!!

I am Studying for the BCBA exam and realized that some of the answers were wrong. SMH. I am glad I didn't pay for this.

I purchased the CIA exam from here. Part 1 and Part 2 questions were quite comprehensive, and the responses given seemed to be correct (no explanations were given though, despite its promise of such for the 1-month full access). But the experience with Part 3 was abysmal with fewer questions and several conspicuously wrong answers. It was a waste of money and I would file a complaint for a refund.

There are a lot of wrong answers. DONT BE FOOLED
