DO NOT PREORDER FROM PREMIUM EDITION GAMES! There is a very high likelihood you won't get your game shipped!! Some people are waiting for 3 years or more for what was promised for their pre-ordered games. If you inquire about the delay, they will tell you the same thing every time - that they are waiting for the game to be 100 percent ready blah blah balh. That's basically it. No real detail as to why the delay is so long. And get this, if you ask for a cancelation, they will reserve the right to delete your account and keep the money. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? I REPEAT! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! If you are desperate for one of their older releases, then use another marketplace. I pre-ordered a game in November 2024, trust pilot won't let me set the experience date for the item.

Ordered phoenotopia awakening 2 years ago and still no communication on release other than TBD. Still happy to take more orders on their website though after shipping nothing. More BS about tariffs. They do not offer cancellations or refunds unless you show a receipt of you purchasing it physically elsewhere, likely because they already spent all the money. Scammed out of $120. Hopefully more people catch on to this Ponzi scheme.

Ordered Turbo Kid in November 2024, it’s now October 2025 and they still don’t know when it will be ready. Happy to take the money up front and don’t offer any updates. It’s been available digitally for months. What kind of business model is this?

The no cancelation on pre-orders should've been my red flag. I didn't take notice, though. I've been hearing some people not gettting a game that they pre-ordered a couple years back from today. I am at the point of not even trying with them anymore. They scammed me out of 55 dollars. I'll never use their services again. They have no intention of shipping out product even when the game is available digitally. They claim to "wait until the best possible version of a game can be shipped". Load of BS.

Pre-Ordered Phoenotopia PS4 game in February 2023, now a year and a half later still no sign of it , they dont even know the release date yet. Scammers
