Scam
Scam. Never once got feedback when I used any of the help lines to assist with my course but they are very quick to ask about payments and only respond to emails regarding money. So disappointed in myself for falling for this

Hi Elrika,
We're really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration. We strive to support all our students and ensure their learning journey is smooth. However, after multiple failed payment attempts, we reached out several times to resolve the payment issue, but unfortunately, since the payment was not made by the agreed date, we had no choice but to suspend the account as per our payment policy.
We are sorry if you felt that we only responded regarding payments. That’s certainly not our intention, and we always aim to assist with any concerns, including course-related questions. If you'd like to discuss your account further or explore other options, please reach out to us directly, and we will do everything we can to assist you.
This company met my requirements
I looked at several TEFL companies before I chose PremierTEFL, and I decided to go with them because of their fast and reliable customer support, and the UK government accreditation for their online TEFL Course which stood out. This company met my requirements regarding what I wanted in an online TEFL Course.

Great certification!
I've waited several years to write this review, and after 5+ years, this certificate has really opened doors and allowed me to prosper in what I do. To be able to get higher jobs, you'll need to pair it with other niche certifications, but this is enough to be able to teach in most countries in businesses or online and start developing your own reputation as a teacher.

I was able to secure an English Teaching position at a school in Poland. They even offer a course that teaches you how to use Artificial Intelligence to help with lesson planning! The program is not hard, but you need to apply yourself and you will pass the quizzes and test.

Just a sad slide deck
The "course" was essentially a clunky power point presentation with nobody to explain it. There wasn't an instructor. I bought the program during a promotion but for scheduling reasons, I didn't start it until a couple months later. I immediately realized it wasn't for me but they wouldn't give me a refund.

Hi Andy,
We’re really sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your experience. Our team has reached out to you on multiple occasions to see how we could support you and help improve your learning experience, but we understand it may not have been the right fit for you.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we do offer a refund within the first 14 days of purchase if a student is unhappy with their course. Unfortunately, as your request came outside of that window, we weren’t able to process a refund.
We’d also like to highlight that we offer weekly Zoom sessions with our academic tutors to help make the course experience more engaging. These sessions are a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the course content, platform, or assessments.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to support you — we’re here to help.

The study is very rigorous
The study is very rigorous, not accessible and the quizzes are hard and the sections are long, it doesn’t make learning tefl fun nor helps those with short term memory. It would be helpful to have a guide of best studying and test taking for this program.

We’d also like to mention that we offer weekly live Zoom sessions with our academic tutors, where you can ask questions, get clarification, and receive extra study support. Please don’t hesitate to join or reach out to us if you need help accessing these sessions or other resources. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
