Very smooth ordering and delivery alongside a great price! Would definitely recommend Premier Camping.

I waited a couple of weeks for my tent....when it arrived it wasn't new, poles had been repaired, two of the pole ends were broken to pieces and one other pole end was bent out of shape.
When arranging for it to be collected, I was given a date for collection by DPD but they had been given the wrong house number. so I stayed in all day for nothing.

My previous Raleigh Hybrid STRADA used for daily work journey, with which I was so satisfied, was stolen. I was immediately looking online for an affordable replacement. I found it on the Premier Camping website for really good price compared with another sellers. The whole purchasing process, communication and delivery went promptly and excellent. Just the box was damaged and sellotape on a few places make you suspicious. But the bike inside was carefully packaged and undamaged. Very satisfying.

We carefully chose the size of awning we required. It came up with 3 accessories we might be interested in. We ticked all 3 boxes. When they arrived (direct from Dorema) the veranda pole was for a smaller awning and did not fit. I Contacted Premier Camping which turned out to be Towsure. It was suggested it was our fault for ordering the wrong size. I wrongly assumed that having ordered that size of awning, all accessories would be compatible. I was told there was a drop down box and I should have ordered correct size. When I revisited the site I could just make this out (it was not obvious). I was then told it would cost £14.99 to return to them. Having spent over £800, to lose money on returning the item was an insult. Will not be using them again

These mug holders were bought for my caravan, they arrived quickly and well packaged. Although at first they appeared a little flimsy and smaller than I thought they have proved to be really good and each one holds two quite large mugs. They sit neatly side by side and quite sturdy for the job, so pleased with the purchase.

Took much longer than I expected to be delivered. No messages, then I contacted them - and they thought another week (!). But the item then arrived after a couple of days.
