I’ve recently completed two cataract surgeries with Mr Qureshi, Mr Ahmad and the clinical team. During this treatment episode the care, clinical skills and professionalism have been exemplary.
The outcome has exceeded expectations. The quality of this service is highly recommended .

6 months after having cataract surgery my eyesight is significantly worse than before and now in need of hospital intervention. The whole experience has been a catalogue of untruths and errors. Communication us poor and unable to speak with anyone other than than the switchboard operator who simply forwards messages.

I was referred to Plus Group Rochdale for Glaucoma treatment seven months I visited them in a wagon in a B&Q car park and they simply repeated previous tests. Although I was told that I was being referred so drops could be prescribed, I was then told I would have to be referred to an opthomoligist in Rochdale - three month waiting list. My appointment was then cancelled over a month ago. I have just received a letter saying I have a 15 minute telephone appointment with a nurse. My optician is bewildered as he referred me as an urgent case. After seven months I still haven't started treatment. I have already lost confidence in the organisation.

I have now had cataract surgery on both eyes, both done be Mr Querish and supported by the Rochdale team. Before I went to the first appointment I was very anxious about the procedure but the excellent care and attention I received dealt with this well. I still have not got over the huge improvement in my vision. The colour that has been added to my world is awesome. I definite feel I made the right choice in where to have it done. First class!

All the staff at the Croft Shifa centre were amazing and up to now I have two procedures the last being a VR procedure with Mr Madan Quershi who was brilliant I would recommend the Croft Shifa Centre to anyone the very best of the NHS and I am so grateful for the care I have received there.

My wife and I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes, via the NHS, and we are both very happy with the results, and cannot believe the difference and improvements to our lives this has made. From the point of referal by our optician to the point of getting the op took only 6 weeks. The staff were friendly, very thorough and conscientious. One tip I would say is get a morning appointment if you can as it gets busy in the afternoon. One small complaint is that it can be difficult to get through on the phone, should you need to, as the switch board seems to handle calls for many departments. Wishing your team all the best. This is one of the worst, unbelievably rude, clique places to ever exist. Please for your sanity and well-being, never work here or be a patient it. The workplace is catastrophic, people get lost to follow ups. People have lost their sight and have had difficulties with there sight.

Recently had cataract surgery at Croft Shifa. Thank you to everyone - from reception staff, nursing staff and consultant - for an exceptional service.

Been for my routine monitoring at Rochdale and it wasn’t the best news. Shazida explained everything and was very kind as I was upset. She booked me in to see the doctor quickly.
