Brilliant experience of first order. I managed to make a mistake but within a few hours, Jack emailed me, corrected it and issued refund of difference. Very impressed.

The strobes arrived very fast, were easy to fit and charge. As a new paramotor pilot, I feel better with these on whatever time I'm flying. They are very visible towards sunset!

I went with this brand as due to the reviews, they're USB-C so no extra charger to find and so far, very impressed. Great product, great service. Thank You

The system leaks and does not work properly. The smoke system leaks and the pump keeps running even when the system is switched off. We tried contacting customer support several times but received no proper follow-up. Responses are very slow, and although we were told someone would get back to us, no real solution was provided. The installation manual is extremely basic and lacks the necessary instructions to properly assemble and operate the system. Overall, this was a very disappointing purchase — an expensive product that simply does not work as expected. Many promises to replace, but nothing happen.

I have ordered a dual float system, the headset and a few other things. Well over a 1000 dollars in total. First they messed up the invoicing attached to the first order so the customs returned it to them. They claimed that they never got it back and said customs is not their problem. After some back and forth, they said they would take care about it, but once again, nothing ever happened. 2 years after ordering, the headset hasn't arrived either. When I sent them another mail claiming my money back or them dealing with all the open questions from our previous mail history, Ryan Roberts just gave a dismissing answer, clearly showing that he doesn't care about his customers, taking money for things he hasn't delivered or anything for that matter.

In thousands of online orders, I have never experienced such bad and arrogant customer service. Not once did I even consider taking a lawyer. For this one, I will even hire one in the US, because this is just not right.

Ik kocht de headset die bijna geen actieve ANC heeft en eigenlijk niet zo goed dempt als een andere headset. Eigelijk ben je meer met een gewone M3 peltor headset. Hij zit wel super comfortabel.
Toen ik de verkoper hierover aansprak kon ik deze wel terug sturen maar kon dit enkel naar een adres in England. Hierdoor moest ik veel verzendkosten en Douane kosten betalen. Uiteindelijk heb ik het product dan maar gehouden en zal ik het op een 2dehands pagina verkopen. Voor Europeese kopers hou hier dus rekening mee voor je iets koopt. Terug sturen is bijna niet mogelijk.
