The Power Supply Shop Arvostelua

Ordered a charger for cordless strimmer. Accurate description and quick delivery Thank you

Fast and efficient service.

Excellent product and quick delivery

I ordered a replacement power supply for my laptop over the phone just before 5pm on the Wednesday before Easter, competently supported by an extremely helpful and patient customer adviser.
Despite the long bank holiday weekend, the product arrived just two days later on Saturday, much earlier than expected. Many thanks!

Great price for the charger which works perfectly. Quick delivery too!

The item was shipped in lightning speed and we got it within 36 hours of ordering.

Good charger fast dispatch

Ordered item didn't work on my apparatus sent e-mail got a returns label sent back full refund no quibbles
100% first class service

I ordered the wrong product on return they gave me full refund no question. Great

When the original OEM Charger failed, a like for like replacement was far too costly. Instead, I purchased the Power Supply Shop charger at a far more reasonable cost. The quality is excellent and the delivery was speedy.

Great, thoughtful, prompt advice

I purchased a so-called original Humax RM-108 freesat remote.
The moment I started using it I found the navigation buttons were not connecting properly.
To be fair, I was sent a replacement following my complaint to the company.
The replacement was just as bad. So I complained again and was sent yet another one, with the excuse that this latest one was from a new batch.
It worked OK for a month or so but then developed exactly the same problem as the other two remotes.
There are plenty of copy remotes on Amazon but they really are poor copies with soft rubbery buttons and an artificial navigation nest of buttons. That’s why I went to TW Electronics hoping to get a decent remote.

I ordered a replacement AC supply for my TV from what I thought was a UK based company… only it wasn’t, and the one they sent wasn’t the right spec. I tried the manufacturer and they sent me a link to their suppliers website…. who didn’t have the right one, but offered me another (wrong) one. I found these people, called them and got a perfectly good replacement at a sensible price within 3 days.
Excellent service - thank you very much.

Very responsive and attentive customer service.

Quick delivery and guaranteed that replacement plug would be suitable for Dyson - it was!

Excellent service especially the quick response to my question about the suitability of the item I was thinking of ordering

Price very reasonable and arrived promptly

Very prompt delivery. Arrived well packaged and best of all - exactly the part I wanted. Thank you - it won't make me a better keyboard player but at least I now have a keyboard which works perfectly to practise on ! Would highly recommend.

Needed a charger for shaver as was given as a gift from a deceased Uncle but charger was missing from box. To save embarrassment of asking for it looked online and Power Shop was the only UK facility to supply it.
