Good old fashioned 5 star customer service, Matt inspected our defective oven last week, identified issue and sourced best price replacement part. He came back today and fitted part ensuring all worked ok, oven like new. You don’t get this service with larger appliances retailers.

Prompt service from Matt who easily fixed my broken seal on my siemens iq300. Very thankful.

PowerPoint came to my home address to fix a faulty oven element. The engineer Matt was excellent, and soon managed to find the correct fan element and got my oven working very quickly.

The heating element on our cooker stopped working and we phoned PowerPoint to arrange for an engineer to come out to fix the problem. Matt arrived on time and fitted a replacement part, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I telephoned the store and ordered my washing machine. The salesperson was knowledgeable and explained my options well. The fitters came on time and were brilliant. They had previously fitted my integral cooker and microwave. The washing machine caused a few problems, but they found solutions, and the fitting was perfect. I will not hesitate to use them again and will always recommend them. We'll done.

I give a 5 star review for the service I have been provided. Had a new dryer 3 years ago, its a hotpoint and tbh it's absolute rubbish. Matt has been out to fix it 3 times and has fixed it on the same day twice and on a different day as had to order a part. The service I have had is impeccable. Upon calling I am fitted in with my appointment generally within days. An engineer (primarily Matt) comes to fix the damn thing. Matt is friendly, polite and generally a good guy which is something you don't find much anymore with a lot of company's. These guys are my no 1 go to for fixing my appliances. Very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work. Oh also they ring you on morning of your appointment to let you know am or pm call and then you receive another phone call when engineer on his way. I have only ever purchased from PowerPoint for the entire 22 years I have lived in Shropshire. The quality of customer service and aftercare is second to none. Today Matt came and attended to our replacement oven element in a fast, diligent and efficient manner.

I had been from company to company trying to get my Samsung washer dryer fixed. Some said they could repair it and let me down, others ignored contact etc. By the time I contacted PowerPoint I was feeling fed up and wondering whether it was worth getting the machine fixed.

From the start of the process to the repair, the service was faultless. I was listened to, valued and kept in the loop with dates and times. PowerPoint knew I had limited time slots for them to come out to me but they worked around that.

Matt was a real gem. He explained the problem in layman’s terms and logically explored all possible issues. He was very personable and, again, made me feel listened to. He quickly identified the issue and solved it.

I would highly recommend this company and it will not be the last time I use them.
