I almost never write negative reviews but this is ridiculous. I only used this company because they were offering a 100% bonus up to 500$ so I said why not, right?

I deposited 500$ with no trouble and they matched my deposit as advertísed.

I place a 7 ufc fight parlay on Thursday and waited for the event to take place in Saturday. On Friday one of the fights was canceled, which would leave me with 6 fights right? When the UFC event began my first fight won, the second fight also won, but they instead listed this fight as canceled and NOT the fight that was actually canceled. I’m contacting support about this is a screen shot from google proving the fight took place and was a winner as well as the cancellation of the fight that was actually canceled. I got the run around for hours from 3 different agents and nobody gave me any sort of help, they would even bend the chat without fair warning, this happens 2 or 3 times as well. Eventually all of the fights were winners. I had 500$ of my own funds and I used their 500$ bonus totalling a 1000$ wager. The payout was 4450$ they gave me had in cash and half in bonus bets. In order to withdraw my cash I had to use up all the bonus bet so I forieted the bonus bets. Then the agent said “be advise” you must stake 500$ on odds 2.0 or better in order to withdraw the balance” so i had to go through all of that to withdraw the remaining 1726$ which i did receive.

This company is a joke, and damn near a scam. Please stay as far away from company’s without a big name. I spent 6-8 hours arguing with these people and they try and make everything as difficult as possible. There was one agent by the name of Connor. He was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise and he didn’t even solve my issue, but he made an effort. The rest of the agents were almost useless as they gave the same recycled answers.

If you see ads for this company go the other way. Do not use this company because the previous reviews I’ve read on here are exactly what happened to me.

I am writing to formally document my ongoing and deeply troubling experiences with Powerplay which has repeatedly failed to deliver even the most basic levels of service and professionalism. My initial experience with the website was so unsatisfactory that I posted a complaint. Following this, a representative reached out to rectify the issues, requesting that I update my complaint accordingly. Though the resolution took over a week, I did so in good faith, believing this would be a one-time issue. Unfortunately, recent events have proven otherwise.

Most recently, I encountered a serious issue regarding a promised free bet bonus that has yet to be correctly credited to my account. After spending three full days persistently following up with the customer service team, enduring repetitive, vague, and dismissive responses like “call us back tomorrow” or “email us at noon,” I was finally informed that I would receive only $5. This amount was not consistent with the terms associated with my qualifying bet. Worse, I later discovered that the $5 they claimed to have credited was actually deducted from my actual cash balance.

When I contacted customer service to address this blatant error, I was met with alarming levels of unprofessionalism. The manager I spoke to (Franklin) was condescending and dismissive, mocking my inability to “notice” the alleged addition of $5 several days prior, a claim I find dubious given the non-itemized nature of their transaction system. Furthermore, my account balance on the day of the alleged deposit was far higher than it is today, making the deduction of $5 far more noticeable.

Despite my continued efforts to resolve this issue, the manager remained unapologetic, belittling my concerns and undermining my legitimate frustrations with rude and immature remarks. This level of disrespect from a supposed “professional” is unacceptable, and it speaks to a systemic lack of customer care at Powerplay

It is now evident that these individuals lacks not only the technical infrastructure to provide clear and reliable transaction details but also a customer service team capable of assisting users without resorting to dismissive and disrespectful behavior. Their representatives seem either inadequately trained or unwilling to provide factual information, which results in endless cycles of misinformation and evasion.

Given the consistent mishandling of my account, I am left with no choice but to warn potential users against this platform. The lack of transparency, unreliable systems, and frequent instances of rudeness from staff members make Powerplay an untrustworthy and highly problematic service provider.

I urge you to take this complaint seriously. Please understand that, if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will not edit this post this time around

Horrible customer service even supervisor as well.
I have made my withdrawal and ask them help to process my payment and they said will contact the withdrawal department and so been waiting for 3 hours still not received it yet.
Sometimes some nice agents it took only a few minutes to process it but it f..ing horrible today

The dont post that to verify you have to provide many documents that everyone doesn't have and they want it a certain way making it very hard to withdrawl but very easy to deposit and the live betting was delayed so much that I lost stay away

STAY AWAY from powerplay

I placed a 500 dollar deposit to get a matching bonus amount and tried my best to fulfill the x20 bonus requirements (10k in bets) with the bonus money. After winning big and getting to 25% within a few days they told me they had to “factor” my account and limited my bets to an amount they could not share but told me to "try different bet sizes". They limited me to placing 1 dollar bets for some and up to 20 dollar bets for others. The bonus expires in a month thus making it ridiculous to achieve the 10k. They told me it was a decision from the "traders" team and that they could not be contacted or reached out to. Total scam to switch the conditions on an already difficult bonus and unacceptable treatment of a customer. I have the transcripts and screenshots if anyone wants them.

I had 100 in my withdrawl account and I just signed in and it’s disappeared!

I've been playing online casinos for a long time and usually just play one game and this casino is definitely rigged. I noticed every couple of spins there is a lag and after every of those lags it's 100% 10 deadspins minimum.
I played 6$per spin and in 11 bonuses that are 10 spins 5x I didn't win altogether 50x back, let that sink in 110 6$ spins times 5x and didn't win back even 300$, it's always 1 off on everything and the combinations are different than other sites as well.
I'm not salty just be cautious when you start playing and notice the lag and the deadspins coming ;)

I can't believe how awful this site is! I deposited money, placed a bet, and then decided to try some slots. When I went back to finalize my bet, I was logged out and couldn’t get back in. I contacted customer service through chat, and their solution was to clear my cache and restart my computer—not helpful at all!
I even called customer service and provided a screenshot of the issue, but I’m still unable to log in. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’m seriously considering reaching out to my bank about this situation.
If you’re thinking of using this site, I urge you to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it!

This website makes bold claims about offering cash-out options, but that’s no longer true. Since they updated their platform, everything has taken a turn for the worse. Now, cash-out is not available for pre-game bets, and when you contact customer service, they just say, “Cash out is not always available,” without any clarity.
To make matters worse, they take 10% of your deposit as a “bonus,” which means you’re actually betting with less than you intended. I’ve found that my stake returns are often lower than projected, and when I sought assistance, their support was completely unhelpful.
I used to really enjoy using this site, but now it feels like a total mess. If you’re thinking about signing up, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. It’s just not worth the frustration!

I’ve played on another site for over 20 years. I’ve been unhappy with the overall support I had been getting. Spent hrs looking for a sports book. Reached out to customer service at powerplay and I’m truly very happy with the info I was provided with. Amorette was so easy to chat with made me feel like i was heard and understood. This reason is now why im going to be joining powerplay. I’m no longer looking for a place to play because of the support I was given. I’m excited about it all. Thanks so much. Power play is probably the worst casino app I've ever used it's slow its glitchy and wether you want one or don't they put a bonus match on all your deposited money triggering a wager limit which is usually x45 your deposited amount. The live customer chat is pretty solid they were extremely helpful but no more than Betzali she was the rep I spoke to after 2 long weeks of trying to get my money back. She took my matter seriously elevated my complaint to the right person n got my money back in 5 mins flat I spoke to about 8 other customer service agents along the way n they were as useless as a bag of dirt.

So far so good. Just waiting for my withdrawal been a few days , when site says 4 hours. Verification went through already so not sure what the hold up is quite yet. But so far so good. If I get my with drawl. I’d give 5 stars. Only 3 stars cause I’m yet to receive anything and sometimes theses things are a struggle to receive

So far, the verification process has been a nightmare. Powerplay is just as bad as any other online casino, dragging things out with endless delays. It feels like they’re doing it intentionally, hoping to frustrate players into giving up or just spending their winnings back at the casino.
Whoever oversees the operations needs to seriously reevaluate their approach because this is unacceptable. Players already face enough challenges with the odds stacked against them; they shouldn’t have to worry about being ripped off during the verification process. Right now, I’m giving Powerplay one star, and it might drop to zero if things don’t improve!

This casino is different! I have played at countless online casinos over the years and it’s rare to find an experience like this place.
I turned 20$ into 10,000$ on my first deposit, I had absolutely NO ISSUES cashing out. Processed it fast, promptly like advertised. The only down fall was a max of 3000$ withdrawal per day which honestly isn’t an issue 99.9% of the time. Bonuses have a rollover but you use the bonus cash before your own and it auto switches for you once you hit rollover x. Staff is nothing but friendly and surprised me, I was talking with staff about a totally different issue and they said “you have a withdrawal pending would you like me to process this for you now” WHEN DO THEY EVER SAY THAT TO US? Never! They care, they treat you correct. Game selection could be a little wider as some major providers aren’t there (no limit, push gaming, play and go, etc) but it does have a great selection non the less!

Honestly this place surprised me and I do recommend playing here.

This is also my experience and I can’t say everyone’s will be the same as mine. But I will say I have played countless places and this place was the first place that treated me like a vip straight from the start.
