Tried to cash out. They put me through a frustrating list of documents to upload. Including selfies which I thought was unnecessary.
I never did get my cash out and walked away down over $2000 before I was blocked by the chat agent.

I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued playing. Since the initial hurdle, I have had a few seamless withdrawals.
