Update, I just got screwed out of $585 because I overshot the rollover requirements. Have to wager 20x but can only receive a max of 10x? Scammers. I hate this site. AVOID.

The only reason I've been using powerplay up until now is it's fast withdrawal times but now they can't even do that. Low betting limits, no bonuses ever, and customer service is quick but not really helpful overall. Definitely the lowest end of betting sites this one is.

Very little incentive to game on this site. Churn amounts on any "bonus" are extremely high and only until I joined other sites did I realize how little they value a higher limit player. Their "free spins tuesday" has been down for over 2 months which was at the very least and slightly entertaining perk. For a player that deposits consistently I would never recommend this site as there are other sites that treat their "A" listers much better.

I was playing with this company 2 years ago,i didnt use after.Last week i deposited 25 $ and wanted to play again.but coluldnt play ,they were asking a lot of things.i wanted to withdraw , bu they didnt pay money back.i dont recommend to anybody.

I had a notification in one of my favorite slot games that I had 20 free spins available and it still says that and when I go to play them, it says there was an error and kicks me out of the game. I contacted customer service 3 different times and the 1st 2 said that it is expired but when I check my bonus section it says no expiry date. The 3rd rep I contacted about this gave me $5 bonus cash in replace of it. Which I was happy about. My bonus section still displays the 20 free spins. I'm not happy about the Tuesday bonus not being available anymore and the bonus when u refer friends to the site, when they join and deposit money to their account u get a $10 bonus also. It seems that the consistency of offers r always changed. Changing your phone number on this site is very hard to do, u have to provide so much personal ID to do it. Which I'm not impressed by. I don't feel comfortable in doing so

Use to be my favourite casino until they did the update and half the games I played before are no longer available. The payouts and very fast however and the customer service is excellent. Only down side is the free spins Tuesday went to crap since changing over to this new layout. Loved the games before but then it was the same ugly boring game and if you missed one Tuesday you were effed, 720 spins I couldn’t use because of it and then they gave you bonus funds in which you had to wager and Tues spins were supposed to be wager free. So ya not quite happy with powerplay lately

I enjoy playing at this casino. More games would be a plus. I only play on the slots. Withdrawal is the fastest I have seen. Customer service is friendly and professional. It would be nice to get the free spin Tuesday back. It’s always nice to get a freebie 😄

Fast payout during office hours, but what you don't know is that withdrawal are limited at 2/day. 😵‍💫 About their promo for Tuesday free spins, doesn't work at the moment and the game which has the FS is glitch and they don't believe me or refuse to make the game unglitch (weird) but quick on withdrawal that's why 2 stars.

Casino pays out any money withdrawn in an extremely faster than expected manner. Was very impressed that I was paid out by the company very quickly.
