The staff are very friendly and efficient

I went in to try on a ring I'd looked at on line for months. It fitted perfectly but it was expensive so I said I'd think about it and the lovely man serving me didn't try to pressurise me, just told me to get in touch if I changed my mind. I thought about it for an hour the went back and was served by a lady who'd put it to one side just in case..! The service was professional and understanding- can highly recommend.

Michaela was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. There was a welcoming atmosphere in the store. It was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend Powells the jewellers in Chester!

Very helpful sakes lady when purchase made and also when revisiting for resizing however sales man on collecting was rather ‘dizzy’ and needed prompting.

Fantastic jewellers. Able to take your time to sit and relax and explore any jewellery items you may be interested in. No hard pressure selling at all. Staff very professional and knowable about piece of jewellery I chose. Owner, who is very experienced in diamonds took time out to show me the difference in clarity and colour of the diamond I was looking at.
I felt safe buying from here. I felt they were honest and had integrity. Powells is definitely the place I will be buying from again.

All of the staff in Powells were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Orla was very helpful and respectful. There was no pressure to purchase and I really enjoyed trying the different necklaces on. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking to purchase a special piece of jewellery.

Called in on the off chance saw two beautiful rings the assistant was so helpful and patient with me as I could not make up my mind which one to have. Nothing was too much trouble had to leave ring in shop to resize can't wait to pick it up soon.
