None existant warranty support
I totally agree with the reviews about the lack of warrany service. Since ALDI moved their tool supplier to Positec (Ferrex) the service has plummited. I returned a multitool 2 months ago and was promised a checque as they had no stock. Still waiting. Just get 'I'll chase it' replies from emails to "Edward and Emma".
3 Year warranty is not worth anything
I purchased the WORX WX696 18V (20V MAX) 2.0Ah Sonicrafter Oscillating Multi Tool that came with a 3 year warranty which I did register on their website. It worked ok for 2 years then developed a fault. I contacted Positec and provided them with all the information that was asked and they replied with, I have raised a warranty claim with the intention of replacing your faulty tool. Once I receive authorisation, I will send you a prepaid DPD return label so your faulty tool can be delivered to our warehouse. Upon its arrival, we will process and dispatch your replacement.

After a few weeks of not receiving any contact from them I emailed to ask for any updates on the returns and they did not respond to anything that I sent to them.
So as for the 3 Year warranty that sounds great when looking at purchasing these power tools is not worth anything at all when they do not stand by it.
Waited 2 months for a refund (still not received)
Customer service advised me to return a new faulty item for a replacement, but they didn't check if they had stock.
I returned the item on 3 August, and there was no stock for a replacement. I waited 10 weeks, and there was still no stock, so they offered a refund on 17 October.
I asked for an update on 18 November as still no refund and they replied saying they would try to get an update, 2 weeks passed and no update so I chased again on 2 December (a week ago) and this time they haven't even bothered to reply.
I have spent over £1500 on Worx tools in the past 12 months, had I known what poor customer service they provide, I would have bought a different brand.
Great customer service
I contacted Edward in customer services by email after I had a problem with a cordless drill and impact driver I had bought from Aldi.
He promptly replied and quickly helped me resolve the issue.
He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him and at all times was very polite and courteous.
I have seen other negative reviews but I can only review based on the service I received which was excellent.
Maybe those people with bad experiences in the past had contracted the company before Edward started working there or he was on his day off.
If I could give 11/10 I would.

Don't borther or waste your money
Don't bother or waste your money - have been trying to get either a replacement or refund for a faulty item which stopped working properly with a few weeks after I purchased it since all back in 2021. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service. Trust meave yourself the hassle & headaches and just choose another brand
Ferrex nail gun
I had an issue with a ferrex nail gun that was purchased online from Aldi. The battery/ charger appeared to be the problem. I did not have a receipt and thought that this would be a problem. No it wasn't. Edward just required a copy of my bank statement showing the transaction. Within 2 days I had a replacement battery and charger. Everything working fine. Excellent service

The team here went far behind what I expected, replacing the lost part was simple till they realised that provider did not deliver to Ireland, They then searched on our behalf and secure the part that would be delivered.

My ferrex fan…
I was fraught after my ferrex fan battery failed. I spoke to aldi who were no help. I then remembered I had the original box in the loft, which still had the warranty card.
Contacted the email address on the card and hoped for a response.
That response came, they asked for some details and forwarded the warranty card.
Olie, who was my point of contact went above and beyond to get me a solution.
Olie, sent me a replacement part without quibble, which has brought my fan back to action.
I can't thank them and Olie enough.

I today received an email from a Tom Harris of positec who has assured me he will resolve my problem with this item.
I will update this post when that happens.
Tom Harris has arranged for my item to be collected by DPD for return which has happened and a replacement is being sent out to me .I will post when the item arrives but would like to thank Tom Harris for his help in getting my issues resolved.
Well in less than a week my pole cutter has been returned by Frank Clark of Ireland .I would like to thank Frank Clark for a super speedy collection and return and also Tom Harris of positec UK for his assistance in getting my issue resolved so promptly and efficiently

No Customer Service
As a previous review. Had Worx tools in the past and found them ok at a decent price.
Purchased a circular saw online, item never arrived and no response from emails to thier customer service.
No contact number is available.
Lesson learned, will never purchase again.
Ferrex warranty avoid
Trying to get in touch over ferrex pro warranty. All contact information given in box is no longer valid and no alternative available.
Nightmare Customer Service
This company has good tools but horrible customer support. I ordered a cordless lawnmower and waited weeks without any shipping info. When I called to find out what happened, the order was further delayed with confusion by WORX over my street address v. Post office box. After numerous phone calls and delivery of the lawnmower a month and a half after I ordered it, I received a second lawnmower ( that I did not order). Trying to explain the problem to customer service and get FEDEX to pick it up was yet another customer service nightmare. Beware buying from them if anything goes wrong.

Op 29.07 een ticket opgestart waarvan ook direct een melding in mijn mail.
Wegens uitblijven van ook maar enige reactie 1ste keer gebeld op 01.08
Nederlands was niet beschikbaar dus maar in het Frans. Er werd gevraagd naar een foto van 0.00 volt op fe uitgang van de adapter, 1van de adapter in het stopcontact en kopie van de factuur.
Meteen het gevraagde doorgestuurd.
03.08 terug gebeld wegens uitblijven enige reactie. Deze keer in het Nederlands, kon niet zien of ik de 5jaar garantie online geregistreerd had.
Heb dan maar een printscreen genomen van op mijn online account.
Zoals we reeds gewend zijn vandaag 04.08 terug gebeld of het nu zo in orde is.
Terug in het Frans. Is in orde. Bevestiging via mail dat het doorgestuurd is.
10 minuten later.. niet in orde. Er moet een logbestand doorgestuurd worden vooraleer het verder kan behandeld worden.
Logbestanden door gestuurd.
Terug bellen of het nu ok is?
Voor de verandering is het gesprek nu in het Duits.
Terwijl ik nog aan het uitleggen ben verbinding weg en overschakeling naar het bandje voor beoordelen van het gesprek en de beoogde oplossing.
Dit is echt waardeloos.
Enige pluspunt is de vriendelijkheid van de Franstalige persoon.

Worx support simply refuses to answer…
Worx support simply refuses to answer to warranty requests hiding behind absurd criteria such as producing the original purchase ticket EVEN when the device is fully registered on the website. The bad build quality manifests in every single Worx mower robot after a number of years. Worx/Positec refuses to take responsibility. They also "lose" your registration data on their website DEMANDING to produce proof purchase over and over again. Worst support experience ever. Stay away from their products.

Good tools, fast delivery. The impact wrench is a 1/4 the power as othe manufacturers which is a big shame

I gave my faulty impact driver battery…
I posted my faulty impact driver battery to the warranty dept on 27 April 22 after 2 weeks they asked for the rest of the set so I sent in the impact driver battery and charger , there customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with incompetent at dealing with a warranty claim that turned out in to a complaint but it did not matter after sending over 20 emails, and recieving lies about this and that blah blah I got a call to say that I will be receiving a cheque and then after 2,3 weeks with another 5 emails sent asking them if they now have lost the cheque I received my cheque on 1st of August 22, I will never purchase an item from aldi as positec deal with the warranty side of things it took them 3 months to sort out a warranty claim.
No response!
Despite several emails regarding aldi ferrex nail gun/stapler fault, I have yet to receive a response. I cannot find option to call, only email contact!
Customer service not acceptable.
I see from other comments on this site regarding positec customer service that it seems to be the norm!!!!

This is the 2nd time positec -worx do not want to fullfill there warranty. 2 robots with defects, not yet 2 years old... UPDATE:
An other Worx positec employee took my case at heart and did what was neccessary. I recieved my spar parts and because of him my 2 robots are working again. One positec member even came to my home adress to excuse them selfs and handid over 1 of the spare parts 😮
Unbelivable how Worx turned this horror story around. THANK YOU and to other BE or NL Worx owners, dont worry just keep reaching out until the right employee of Worx talk to you.
