Bestelling nooit ontvangen
Nadat ik de rode veters bestelde, ontving ik na enkele dagen een mail met de bevestiging dat ik mijn geld zou terugkrijgen. De bestelling was zonder communicatie geannuleerd. Na contact te zoeken met de klantenservice, heb ik nooit reactie ontvangen.

Le site lors de la commande ,demande un numéro de téléphone . je met donc mon portable en 06 pour recevoir un sms de suivi de commande , je n ai jamais reçu de code ou mail de confirmation , la somme est débitée de mon compte mais le livreur refuse de me donner le colis vu que je n ai pas de code pour le récupérer .
Malgré de nombreux mail ,aucune réponse
J ai payé un produit que je nai jamais pu récupérer.

Bad customer experience
I don’t usually post things like this, but I wanted to share my experience. The loafers I ordered from this brand had a strong plastic smell, and I haven’t heard back yet about my return so I’m concerned they won’t issue the refund I’m entitled to. Just something to keep in mind if you’re thinking of ordering.
Thank you for the response below, just updating to note that I have emailed you three times already and after reviewing the feedback on your Instagram account it doesn’t look like you will respond to a dm, I’m not sure how to resolve this if not through my bank.

Après un conflit résumé ci dessous pour information et partage d’expérience, résolution du problème en 24h après avoir postée cet avis Trustpilot note 1 étoile corrigée 3 pour la solution apportée.

Une 1ere commande réglée jamais livrée début août.
Une seconde réalisée le 21 août avec succès cette fois ci. Bon produit au demeurant.
Cependant je demande naturellement le remboursement de la 1ere payée non expédiée… une réponse par mail m’accordant le remboursement après une longue recherche d’un mois.
Nous sommes fin octobre et j’attends toujours mes 200€!
À moins que ce soit une technique de fraude bien rodée, ce site n’est pas fiable.

Qualité très décevante…
La semelle de mes chaussures s’est décollée après la première utilisation !! Et sans autre explication que le simple fait de porter les chaussures sans marcher très longtemps, ni marcher sous la pluie… et je n’ai pas un pied large ! Je suis plutôt mécontente étant donné le prix. Et comme j’étais à l’étranger et que je n’avais pas d’autres chaussures, je n’ai pas pu au mieux les renvoyer, au pire les faire réparer.
