Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could give no stars. Bought $ 800 Worth of Briggs & Riley cases which they say were delivered even though I was home all day and received other documented packages from Amazon. Even in the ups description it describes it as a 10LB package. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I am out of pocket and left bag less. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER AWFUL REVIEWS ON AMAZON. How do they get away with ripping so many people off?

Love this backpack
Love this backpack! The front pocket is really handy and I like that the laptop pocket in the backpack is really easy to slide your laptop into. I also find this backpack incredibly comfy, I used it on a few hikes as a day pack recently and it didn’t bother me at all! The big zippers are a nice look too. Hopefully it lasts a long time, I’ve only had it for about a month. So far so good!

I am so happy with my travel bag!
I am so happy with my travel bag!! I ordered it at 10:00pm on a Thursday for departure for a trip abroad on Saturday. I paid for twoDay shipping and the bag arrived on Saturday with minutes to spare. I was really thinking I wouldn’t get it in time because I ordered it so late at night. Best delivery ever!

I really like Portmantos
I really like Portmantos. I’ve ordered some Vagabond boots (best price on them I could find was at Portmantos) and a few T shirts. Good, solid company. They work hard for your business, and they deserve your business for it. Good shipping/return policy too.
