PORTMANTOS Arvostelua

received what I ordered quickly and tracked accurately. Price was very good especially with the new customer $20 off.

Awesome roller bag duffel. Lightest duffel bag at 7.1 lbs. Durable fabric. Beautiful teal color and wish additional colors were not sold out.

I ordered a Lipault wheeled travel sachet from them I spoke to the representative who immediately located the bag and send it to me overnight The service was excellent

My Delsey spinner was everything that was described. Shipping was extremely fast. Will shop here again.

Very quick shipping! Tumi toiletry pack looks so pretty!

I made the purchase, waited for 5 days for the product to be delivered and finally they canceled the purchase, and returned the money, the site does not work with stock, I was without my Christmas present! I don't recommend this site

After spending good amount of time, I found this product with an attractive price! I placed the order, and "went away"! Subsequently, they cancelled my order for lack of inventory. That can happen. I understand.
The funny thing is that the website still has the same product listed. It is available. But at $13 more than my purchase price! Lack of inventory? I think not!

Awesome service. Order arrived superfast - well packed and it was at the best price on the market today. Highly recommend this business and I am a tough customer to impress yet here I find myself making a bookmark for any future need - my first stop!

My bag arrived quickly and exactly as described! And I love it! My only recommendation to the company is to make sure the image of the item reflects what the consumer is purchasing. I was worried because the description was a floral description but the picture was a red bag. I took a chance and am glad I did. The item I bought was a replacement for my existing (and no longer available in stores) Tumi cross body bag. I don't care for the latest one in stores so I thought I might be able to find it online. Portmantos had the best price, it showed up quickly, and was brand spanking new! Great experience!

Great company to buy from. Product came as promised and within a couple of days.

I'd never heard of Portmantos, perhaps because I reside on the West Coast. It caught my eye while I was doing price comparisons for a high quality but pricey backpack. It had the best price and I was leery. I took the plunge and 2 days later with no S&H costs, it arrived at my front door. I'm pleased as punch, do a fair amount of travelling, and will keep this store on my radar for future purchases.

Ordered luggage, came quickly, great service!

Slow website
The only problem I had is that the site is terribly slow. I'm sure PORTMANTOS is already aware of this. Sometimes the site is so slow that I'm never sure it's processing anything. I would click and wait up to 10 seconds before packets were received.

Our first time purchasing here. We were not sure if we should buy through Samsonite website instead at first because the suitcases are quite pricey and we were buying 2. But because of the price, we ordered 2 Samsonite Spinner suitcases through Portmantos.
Fast shipping. In original packages. The price is the best. We continue to look through the website for more product. We will definitely purchase more items from them.
Thank you for your service.

Our backpack came in less than 2 weeks and was a better deal than anywhere else! We love it! Thank you!

After placing an order, I became a bit concerned because I read some bad reviews. Tried contacting them and this was their biggest failure (lost a ⭐️ as a result). BUT…my package was shipped and arrived on time! I ordered a 3piece Samsonite Luggage Set. Best price online and exactly what I expected. Kudos to the warehouse guy who was there on Labor Day and assured me that he had the order and would be packing it that day. He really saved the day for Portmantos and deserves a raise!!!!!

The site advertised luggage as available. After my purchase, I got an email stating they did not have the luggage in stock. As of today, their website still lists it as available.

I was thrilled to see the exact bag I wanted on their website, lower price than most places. The ordering process was easy and my bag arrived, well packaged, within days. Would definitely order from them again!
