I like the solar design concept, but unfortunately it doesn’t work very well in practice. It requires very bright sunlight to function, and even then, the spout doesn’t operate fully. Overall, I’m disappointed with the purchase and have some buyer’s remorse.

Very easy to setup, many spout options and uses solar. Had to buy extension for the solar and any shade slows water, but it's still great. Highly recommend. So many possibilities with this pump.

This is the best thing I've done and I am enjoying my waterfall. I ordered this waterfall by mistake and I was going to return it for a solar one. I decided to keep it and make one for near my patio. It was easy to set up and I even moved it to a different location easily. It was perfect for a novice and someone is not very "handy." It's beautiful! Delivery was quick and I am a satisfied customer. I did order the solar waterfall but still digging in my garden. I highly recommend this product.

Order shipped timely, product worked exceptionally well

The pump was exactly as it shows in the pictures which made it very easy to order. The setup was easy. I was able to bury the pump under my rocks in the bowl, connect the tube, and plug the solar panel in and it worked immediately. Has ran great for about a week.

I ordered pond lights but after several weeks the lights didn't arrive. I got emails from the shipper claiming the lights were in transit. Poposoap sent an email asking what I thought of the lights. I responded that they never arrived. Poposoap immediately shipped replacement lights. The lights arrived in 2 days and work and look great.

I needed a replacement pump, and Poposoap completed the order quickly and they were very informative and supportive. They made my pond fun!

The solar water feature pump works better than expected, the solar panel is of a higher quality than expected. It is nice when you purchase something and have no buyer’s remorse or frustration.

They seam to make exceptional products, as well as good customer service which is rare nowadays. I had been looking for some time to get a decent lift solar with battery backup bird bath fountain and Poposoap delivers well. My cement bird bath is rather large and has a cement elephant in the middle that is about 2 ft high and at least the 1st 12w pump did the job well. Unfortunately that pump was not battery backup which I didn't notice till I tried it out. I ordered the proper one in exchange but unfortunately that one had a bad solar unit so I'm awaiting the replacement otherwise I'd share a picture of my bird bath.
