My order was Poposoap#7985 which was received incredibly fast however I made a mistake and purchased the wrong item. I was assured I would be refunded and received excellent support from customer service. I purchased the right item shortly after and I have not had any issues this far. The set up was so easy my 12 year old son completed it in minutes.

What was delivered was not what I wanted. The company did not quibble or blame, just told me the wanted me as a loyal customer! Refreshing!
When I needed help, they responded right away and helped me solve the problem.
Made my day. I have a new favorite company! Will use them again and recommend the company.

This company offers excellent prices…
This company offers excellent prices for their many products. They have a lot of videos from customers that offer tips on their pond and water feature setups.
Their customer service is top of the line, with quick replies and satisfactory results. I highly recommend them for your solar pond and water feature projects.

10W Poposoap Solar Fountain Pump
I purchased a 10W Poposoap Solar Fountain Pump Aug 2025.
June 2026 the pump burned up. I contacted their Customer Service June 23, 2026 and they apologized it stopped working, but assured me it was under warranty. I had to video why the pump wasn’t working. The next day they emailed me and said they were sending a new one that day. I received the new pump June 29. I installed it and it works beautifully! The birds are enjoying it again!!
Thank you Poposoap for resolving my problem and replacing it so quickly!! I definitely recommend your solar fountain pumps☺️
