Poolrobots Arvostelua 

I regret not reading those reviews before doing business with this company. My experience is similar as others: robot arrived very poorly packaged, bought an "open box" but received a beat up unity, robot was working and all the return process was a nightmare. Have to open a dispute with my CC company to try to get my money back

I purchased a Dolphin Sigma from Poolbots. The tracks regularly came off (the robot often doesn’t recognize this for a while and tries to continue cleaning but can only move a few feet). When the tracks do stay on, there were constant errors, where it shuts down and stops cleaning. The robot would either think it’s out of the pool (which it wasn't) or finally recognizes that the track has come off and errors out. I tried to work with Poolbots Customer Support team to get this resolved but Shannon was unwilling to honor a return (even though I contacted support within the 30 day window to report the issues). She directed me to Maytronics, who requires you to pay to ship the unit back for service. To spend $1,500 on a unit that doesn't work and then get terrible support is frustrating. I need to purchase another pool vacuum for next season and I definitely won't be doing that through Poolbots. I hope other people considering purchasing through Poolbots see this review and it saves you from experiencing a similar situation.

Dit is pure oplichting, ik bestelde er een M600 poolrobot, ze leverden een I60...

Na drie weken stopte de I60 met werken, ze spelen met je voeten. Ik moest hem opsturen naar Spanje en ze sturen hem helemaal niet terug. Geen refund, geen herstelde robots, helemaal niets...

Het bedrijf is ook niet nederlands maar spaans, de betaling moest op naam van ECG ROBOTS ESPAÑA SL

Na enige research blijkt dat er een gekende oplichter achter deze website zit, die blijkt niet aan zijn proefstuk toe:

Zoek maar eens op Tjeerd Jan Smit. Er staat een artikel op BNN over zijn werkwijze, dit beantwoord helemaal aan mijn ervaring.

Blijf hier weg

Customer service is the worst. They have the same few people giving you the same advice. They slowly respond to answer questions so that your 30 day return window is closed. Then they tell you to call the manufacturer. Seems more like a scam company.
The E-Mail address are some weird domain as well.

zwembad robot besteld. Best een dure. Pas daarna (dom) de reviews gelezen en die waren voor het merendeel slecht! de twijfel sloeg toe...komt dit goed?
Na de bestelling en betaling binnen een uur de bevestiging, de factuur en een track en trace van dhl. per mail werd me nog meegedeeld dat er een dag vertraging in aflevering zou zitten ivm eerste pinksterdag. twee dagen later de bestelling hier thuis afgeleverd, in goede orde, inmiddels doet de robot alweer twee dagen perfect wat die zou moeten doen. zeer tevreden klant dus!

I ordered a refurbished Dolphin Premier robot on 4/22/24. On 4/26/24 the robot was delivered in a very battered box, with tape missing on one side and puncture holes.
I took photos before opening the box. Upon opening the box all components of the robot were loose inside the box with ZERO packing material present.
The back wheel area has a crack and the robot makes a loose plastic rattling sound when moved. I immediately emailed PoolBots about the condition it arrived in, including all the photos I took and asked for a return shipping label to send the damaged robot back to them.

They responded 3 days later stating that I have to pay the return shipping on this huge and heavy robot.
I responded back reiterating this was not an acceptable customer service approach in this situation.
They responded the next day stating that I will have to pay return shipping anyway and mentioned that I purchased a refurbished unit so I should expect some scratches. They told me to put it in my pool and if it doesn't work I can submit a video to them for tech support help.

I responded again and clarified again that this was not a "refurbish" issue - it was a broken unit UPON ARRIVAL and no, I will not put the busted up robot in my new pool just to "see what happens". I advised that nowhere on their website does it say buying a refurbished unit (only $300 less than brand new) means they just throw everything in a box with one piece of tape and then cross their fingers and hope it arrives to the customer intact.

They responded back "I understand" and closed out my ticket!

Poolrobots.com is a horrible company. Their customer service is dismal. I purchased a Blue Helix pool robot from them and it has not worked correctly since day one. I set it to clean my pool floors only but it still climbs the walls and gets stuck there until I turn it off. I have sent pictures and videos of the problem and they keep telling me it’s working correctly. They won’t do anything but tell me to return it. At my cost of about about $150. Then they will refund me my cost but not the shipping! So I will have spent $150 for nothing!!! Don’t buy from them!!!

Oplichters zijn het. Robotstofzuiger gekocht, maar geen APP die de robot doet werken. Heel onvriendelijk en onbeschoft in hun mails.

Niet intrappen .... opgelicht met smoesjes dat het zou komen ect vertraagd door leverancier , dom dom dom dat ik het geloofde.
hele website goed bekeken klopt niks van twee keer zelfde foto van medewerker met andere naam ... 1 grote scam ...

Ga er werk van maken want zo snel kom je niet van mij af.

Poolbots is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. I purchased the Dophin Premier and it broke the first time I put it in the pool. I requested to get a refund for the product. They denied my request three times and then finally agreed. I then shipped the product to be returned to them. For some reason, my shipment was returned to me. So, I contacted them again to explain the situation and for them to issue me another shipping label and to accept my product. They refused to accept my return. I asked multiple times to speak to the supervisor who made the decision to deny my return, and they refused to let me speak to them. Now, I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and that I can't return. They are refusing to give me a refund or to speak with me any more on the topic. I will never do business with them, and I recommend that you do the same.

Same webshop as many other businesses registered tot he same address. I ordered from 2 of them, and both times had the wrong product. Can't believe people work at a place like this and happily waste others time and money.

Très facile d'utilisation, bonne efficacité

Worst company. Sent me a open box dolphin quantum said they inspect it that it is in working condition. It came and the power supply went on but the robot didn’t work. Looking in the box the Amazon return slip was still in there from the last person who sent it back lol!! Even worse is the customer service no on answers the phone or chat luckily maytronics the company who makes the robot is taking care of it but I had to send it out and wait for them to fix it! This company is a fraud go to a store and buy it they don’t even look at them when they get returned. Waste of time terrible company!

Desondanks de negatieve reviews ben ik zeer tevreden over de kwaliteit van de zwembadrobot en ook van de levering. Op vrijdag besteld en dinsdag nadien geleverd. Voor de bestelling heb ik telefonisch contact genomen voor meer informatie. Ik kreeg een man die alles in detail en zeer professioneel kon uitleggen. Ik heb mijn bestelling per mail doorgegeven, en onmiddellijk erachter ontving ik een track en trace van DHL. Ik was dus blij met het verloop tot ik die reviews had gelezen. Later op de dag van bestelling ontving ik een factuur van een Spaanse firma wat het verhaal helemaal in twijfel trok. Ik heb terug gebeld met poolrobots.store met dit verhaal en verteld dat mijn vertrouwen totaal weg was, en dat ik de bestelling zou laten doorgaan als de betaling na levering kon gebeuren. Dit was totaal geen probleem, en alles is supergoed verlopen. Ik begrijp dus niet vanwaar al deze negatieve reviews komen.

Spijt dat ik een tegenstroom pomp hier besteld heb en niet trust pilot bekeken heb.

Duurde wat langer voor te leveren - erg onduidelijk met DHL - maar toch geleverd gekregen. Met het openen zag ik direct dat het een ander merk (goedkoper) was.

Bij het melden van dit probleem - kreeg ik te horen dat het het juiste product is - wat uiteraard totaal niet waar is - als je een astralpool besteld en je krijgt een V-jet dan is dat toch echt een ander product. Deze is beduidend goedkoper ergens anders te krijgen.

Ben bang dat het verschil ~500 euro kwijt is... en als ik het zo lees met andere ervaringen ga ik mijn vingers niet verder aan branden....

Oplichters.. gewoon dozenschuivers en winst maken

Enkele weken geleden solar tuindouche gekocht. Er wordt een compleet ander - minderwaardig - model geleverd dat bovendien helemaal defect is. Het water spuit er langs alle kanten uit en is niet te repareren. Dit artikel is compleet onbruikbaar. Er wordt komt geen enkele reactie van de klantendienst (bij vragen over een te plaatsten bestelling, antwoorden ze nochtans wel netjes binnen de 24u). Gelukkig heb ik mijn betaling via de bank kunnen laten blokkeren, anders was dit letterlijk geld in het water.

Dit bedrijf veranderd vaker van naam ivm prima service wat ze leveren.
Heb in april een poolrobot bij hun op reparatie gegeven.
Na ruim 10 weken wachten en bellen komen ze met een prijs voor de reparatie waar je niet blij van wordt.
ook het retour krijgen van de robot gaat bijna 300 euro kosten.
Retour zonder gerepareerd te zijn.
Robot is nog geen jaar oud en de reparatie valt volgens hun niet onder de garantie.

Grote oplichters je besteld een zwembad pomp.
Vervolgens word de verkeerde geleverd.
Krijg je mail dat je de ongeopende originele verpakking kunt terug sturen. Hoe kan ik dan weten dat deze fout is. vervolgens gebeld wordt je lomp te woord gestaan de pomp die ik besteld heb hebben ze niet. Het staat anders duidelijk op mijn order. Dus ja ben door dit bedrijf ook weer opgelicht, Hen inmiddels maar digitale aangifte gedaan. Hoop dat ze dan wakker worden.Tip voor alle gedupeerden dien ook een klacht bij het ACM in op hun website Dan kunnen ze handelen dus ook boete opleggen
