I bought a ticket, then it stayed in "processing ticket" forever. For returning it, it was necessary to enter the ticket number, which was impossible since i never received a ticket. Absolute fraud

Very friendly usage, from train selection, payments and get the ticket… everything very smooth

I had to buy 13 tickets and it took me an hour and a half to do it because:

A) I couldn’t find an option to buy a group ticket, although I saw it online. When I asked about this option, the response was insufficient.

B) When I had bought 6 tickets and I had to buy more, the webpage fell continuously, what resulted in having to start over the process again and again.

Eventually, I downloaded an app that allowed me to buy the tickets much faster.

Some problems with the site, otherwise really easy to understand and book. Unfortunately not possible to choose Sweden + 46 for mms notifications. Train artival etc..

It was easy to book, and easy to find a place

Narrowest trains ever. You can't even walk there with luggage. Never again.

*AVOID* Absolute con company. Sold me a ticket online3 hrs before departure for a train with no allocated seat, so I wrongly assumed the seats were for anyones taking when you got onboard. The dangerously overbooked train had no seats available and people were hanging out in the corridors as there was no where else to go. Refused to refund my money so I am writing this review.

very bad service allways train late.and some staff allways very angry and not friendly.

This website is more like spam advert than train website. Do not waste your time on it. Flashing content. No cookie selection- they push you to accept whatever they want. Also, I put 4 times name of initial station and website was deleting it. If I wasn't living in that "station" I would think there's no connection between point a and b but I live and I know. So the quality of info from the website is very poor. Don't rely on it.

Exorbitant service charge. (Which was hidden in the fine print.) They did deliver, but you're better off dealing directly with the train company.

They don't have kids ticket for tourists or a proper family packet. In the train they inform me that the family packet it was wrong because my children should study in Poland to get any discount and I should pay for 4 adult tickets instead. (2 children age 6 & 12). So I paid 133zl plus around 400zl for a penalty. When we went to the complain office nobody was giving attention and nobody was speaking English. They said to me in the train I had the right of a refund and at the office they said only after 3 months or something.

They are a total scam. They sell tickets that are more expensive and then they are not responsible for anything. No exchanges/ refunds even on the day of purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIS IS A SCAM.
