Well the first card i ordered and got it was correct. This time around tho is bad i ordered a holographic card it came it wasn’t holographic. I got in touch with support that said there company in us will fix it ie make it holographic. It’s came and guess what it’s still not holographic. The company actually tried to gas light me. but because I have a holographic card already I know what it’s meant to look like. And it’s not that. I’m not expecting anything off them but I’d never use them again

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but I was positively surprised.Yes, I waited 4 weeks for my order, but it came and the card is really beautiful. I gave it as a gift and the recipient was delighted. Communication with the sender is really not easy and it takes time to get an answer but all in all I am satisfied.
What I really have to emphasize mega positively is that I pointed out that it would be nice if it was pointed out on the page that import fees may apply (in my case 11€ Ukraine -> Germany) and that I found it a bit stupid that the fees were added without knowing it beforehand. I didn't get a reply to the email but I did get a refund of €11. Not every company would have done that!

Wish I'd read the reviews. It's a scam company avoid avoid avoid. It's so shit don't burn your money.

En regardant les avis Trustpilot après avoir passé ma commande (conseil : il faut procéder à l'inverse, bien entendu !), j'ai eu très peur de ne pas recevoir ma commande.
Toutefois, ma commande a été traitée rapidement : j'ai reçu un visuel quelques jours plus tard. Sans nouvelle de l'expédition, j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu dans les 24h, m'indiquant la date d'envoi de ma commande. Et j'ai bien reçu ma commande ! Le délai de livraison a été un peu long puisque n'étant pas en prioritaire, mais c'était largement acceptable ! Je suis plus que satisfaite de ma commande !!!

Scam, no response, no product delivered. Chargeback is open. DO NOT ORDER!

Great product, well worth the wait. As with other reviews here I wasn’t sure as the stated issues with printing but my card arrived yesterday and it is amazing.

Please think twice if you want to order something here...

I ordered a card on the 16th of Novembre as present for someone,but as of today I still haven't received my order.

They keep sending me the same email since the 7th of January (after I reached out a couple of times...)with the following information:

'due to the fact that we changed the print house, the shipping and delivery are so long'

As today (30th of January,) I received a new email;

'Good evening, due to the fact that we changed the print house, the shipping and delivery are so long. We sent all the cards again from the printing house on January 25. so please wait for your card.'

But I have no hope ;)

Ordered a card at the beginning of November and was super excited when a couole days later I recieved a preview but then weeks went by and I never received the actual finished product, I was enailing back and forth and promised a refund if it never arrived by a certain date, it still had not arrived so I emailed to let them know and they then just just asking me to wait for it arriving a further week then they will issue a refund and promised delivery by Christmas which still never happened. They then had the excuse that they suddenly had to change their printing depot due to an issue they were experience yet this was now almsot 2 months after ordering the card and had not been communicated in any earlier messges. Despite being promised a refund time and time again when asking them to process it they kept refusing so instead I opened a dispute with my bank and was able to get my money back this way.

I made a command on the beggining of december, it's been like 2 month and I receive nothing. It was a christmas present and even 1 month after christmas I have nothing. I send them a mail but like the others i got the generic answer :
"We apologize for delays- it was connected with changing of our printing house close to Christmas.
For a moment we are printing all the cards that were ordered and sending them
We ask you to wait a bit more till your card arrives"

Should have never used this company!!!!
I’m still waiting for my card that was ordered before Christmas as a present. Now near the end of January and still no card. Emailed them 20 times now and I always get the same answer “ We apologize for delays- it was connected with changing of our printing house close to Christmas.

I now just want my money back, but I don’t think that will happen.

Very poor experience, ordered 7/12 for Christmas, absolutely no contact about shipping so emailed and gave an excuse about changing printing companies, a month later emailed again same excuse exact same email reply, asked for a refund which is now being processed. Very disappointing as it was a sentimental pet gift for a pokemon lover which ended up being a very bad experience

I'm waiting since 5 Weeks and nothing...

I ordered a card and it was so beautiful! It was the perfect gift for my pokemon-obsessed & cat-owning friend 😄
Shipping took some time so i contacted the customer service and they were very nice. They assured me my order was still in process and about a week later it arrived in my postal box indeed :-)

Company is a joke. Waiting over a month and no contact, no money back and no items. Poke them up yer backside.

I ordered 11th Feb, i was told I was going to get a tracking number and that my card was made, 2 weeks later still nothing, nor have I received anything. By the looks of it my emails have been blocked and ignored. I asked for a refund and haven't received it. I would avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and run.
