I placed an order for delivery before the holiday. The website requires you to include your customization (the name, color etc that you want) before you can place the order. Three days later, I get a message from customer service telling me that they can't complete my order until I give them my customization. I ask them why they're asking me for this information when I provided it when I placed the order? They never respond. By now, it's too late to receive the order in time for the holiday. I tell them to just cancel the order and refund me. Another day goes by with no response. I email again for them to cancel the order and refund me. Another day goes by with no response. It's not until I threaten them that I'm going to contact my bank to reverse the charges and have them investigated as a fraudulent entity that they finally respond with a refund notice. Nothing else - no apology; no explanation. Terrible company. Don't waste your time, effort, or money on them. They may not be crooks, but they're clearly not professional enough to be in a retail business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a card on February 8th and I still haven't received it! I have tried to contact the company several times and most recently to ask for my money back. but they choose not to answer me. STAY AWAY! They are scammers!

They altered the picture I sent them without contacting me first. It’s been over 2 months and I keep getting the same emails - we’re processing your order be patient.Horrible customer service. Website says they will replace any errors, bunch of lies. What started as a cute surprise is now a huge failure. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Review of HiCustore (hicustore.com)

I want to share my experience with HiCustore (hicustore.com) so other people can be careful before ordering.

I placed an order on their website and decided to cancel it about 3 hours after placing the order. According to their cancellation policy, orders canceled within 3 working days should receive a full refund.

I contacted their support email within that time to cancel the order. However, they did not respond for 7 days. When they finally replied, they said the order could not be canceled anymore because the product was already being made.

This is confusing because their policy states:

“We will dispatch your order within 3 working days of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 3 working days, you will receive a full refund.”

Since I contacted them only 3 hours after placing the order, I expected the cancellation to be accepted according to their own policy.

When the product eventually arrived, the quality was also very poor and did not match what was shown on the website.

Because of this experience, I recommend that people be careful and research HiCustore before ordering from hicustore.com.

The cards were not holographic as I paid for

Item never arrived- was ordered for valentines gift and even paid for express shipping! Not responding to any emails so am currently fighting through my bank

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! WILL NOT RECEIVE ORDER!

I have ordered a personalized card since over a week ago, I haven't got an email yet to tell me it's ready for shipment, (and the shipment is taking up to 3 weeks according to other reviews?). I have tried to contact the support for days now, but I get no answer at all. I'm afraid I have spend 60$ for nothing.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! It's by far the worst thing I have ever experienced in an online "store"

Absolute scam, do not order from them. I received a broken item which is also nowhere near

Absolutely horrendous! Do not order from this website or this company it is a scam! They claim their customer services Is always on hand to help however it’s been a month now and still haven’t received a reply to my email, messaged on Facebook and they read and ignored the message. Box and parcel was broken and damaged on arrival! No response from anyone at this company so clearly I have no chance of getting my money back. Save your money and spend it somewhere that isn’t a scam!

While the customer service is non-existent, hicu store delivered. I'm bloody stoked with it. Took about 3 weeks for it to turn up to NZ. But I couldn't have asked for a better Valentines present.

I'll give them 5 stars even though they have no customer service, just don't get the HD image to email, because they didn't deliver on that. But the card is so sick.

As others have said something has changed and has gone very wrong with this company. Do not waste your money. Had two previous orders in November and early January that arrived fine and were fantastic quality (Personalised Cards) so immediately ordered another. This one has been a none mover for 20 days now. Emailed for support and got a reply to say it has shipped but the tracking shows as "waiting for shipment" and has done for two weeks now. No responce to multiple emails sent and despite paying for "VIP" service hoping it would arrive on time to be a gift this was more money wasted. Currently waiting one more time before trying to activate a charge back but at this stage don't waste your time with a purchase!

Tried it to see it it was really a complete scam…
The most pathetic quality EVER!

Do NOT buy

I bought an item and provided a personal photo for the custom made item. They hired a courier from a random company I’ve never heard of and that courier threw my package somewhere in my apartment building or never delivered it. The courier took a photo of a random package that didn’t have my name on it. I reported the issue to hicustore and they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it and the courier had to give me something to give to them even though they hired them. They took my money and offered no refund. I asked to speak to a manager and no one ever contacted me again to this day.

I ordered hoodie in November, still didn't get it, and when I ask for refund they send messages like, it's not our problem we will see with delivery and it's like that for more than a month. If there is zero to give them, that will be a lot

Never received my product from the company, then when I reached out to support they argued with me stating the delivery service says it’s delivered so there’s nothing they can do and told me to ask my neighbors if they’ve seen it. Such a joke. Then on top of that, if you try to contact the delivery service it’s all in Chinese, so good luck. Would not waste your money on this scam.

I ordered a custom Magic-style card using a real photo of my partner and me. The final product I received looks nothing like us — to the point where it’s almost laughable.

What’s more frustrating is that the company advertises a “no questions asked refund if you’re not satisfied” policy, yet their customer service email appears to be invalid, making it impossible to contact them.

I’ve attached the original photo and the final result for comparison. Customers should be aware that both the quality and the support are unreliable.

I would not recommend this company.

Ordered a pokemon card with lots of personalized stuff added to the card. Each thing had a price that adds to the total. Got the card and i paid full price but there are a few things not done to the card. Only had a few of the options on it that i paid for. Customer service said they will not supply an invoice of what was purchased breaking down the price. Havent heard from them in a few days now. Reporting to BBB and through my payment service for refund

Scammers don't react anymore about my package and never recieved my money back!

I ordered a custom Pokémon card for a friend's Christmas present and I have a bitter feeling I've been scammed. The image doesn't resemble the original photo at all. The card is crudely made with a low-quality printer, the cutting is messy, and the protective sleeve looks nothing like the advertised photos.
