Crappy company...all they do is take forever with everything. I tried to order an in-stock item and they stilled hadn't shipped it after 3 weeks, appr. 11 business days. I emailed multiple times asking what was going on and they only replied once close to the end saying sorry not our fault but part of our chain is taking longer than expected. Which would be fine but they never reply to emails, EVER. I can not over estimate how many emails they never replied to. Including once they finally told me there would be a delay, I asked how much longer and they never said. So I finally asked them to cancel if they were going to continue to communicate poorly. Literally replied and canceled it within an hour, ON A SUNDAY. They only time I heard quickly from them was to cancel my order. My refund took awhile too, which I don't know much about but I tried asking them where that was and they never replied. The last I ever heard from them was when they canceled my order.

Everything shipped quickly and the product is beautiful

Slow shipping and communication is horrible. Takes 3 days for them to reply 1 message.
I forgot to add 1 of their promo item (extra figure for $1) into one of my pre order and asked them if I could add it now, they ignored my request. It's big money to buy item on their website and service is terrible

I have two orders that my boxes arrive in very poor condition and my figures are all broken...

The figure itself is very high quality and extremely worth the price. The shipping was slow, but close to as advertised. The packaging was very secure and careful to preserve the figure. Mine did however ship with a piece broken off, but I don't see anyway the packaging could have been made better - just an unfortunate side effect of shipping such a large figure, I guess.

The statue I ordered arrived faster than I expected.
But it arrived damaged.
I sent Poke-Galerie 2 different e-mails, With photo's of the damaged statue.
And asking for help.
I received no replies.
Leaving me feeling ignored, and with a broken item.

You can most definitely order from this site knowing full well you will get what you ordered

Excellent communication with email, and excellent delivery, everything was packed in a save and secure manner. It could not have been done better. The King Studio Shiny Mega Rayquaza figure is amazing! I adore it. Thank you so much Pokegalerie.

Very well communicated throught out the order with tracking. Package was a little damaged but they were very quick to address it and offer compensation.
