If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.

I have ordered from Poke Gallery three different times, and all three orders arrived damaged.
Not once. Not twice. Three times out of three.

The first time, I tried to be understanding. I thought maybe it was just bad luck, so I didn’t even complain properly and tried to fix the damaged item myself.

The second time, I contacted them, and after receiving another broken item, they offered me only €10 refund. Honestly, that was insulting and completely ridiculous considering the damage.

Now, the third time, the statue arrived broken again, the base and several parts were damaged and cracked. At this point, it’s obvious there is a serious packaging and quality control problem.

What makes this even worse is how they handled the situation after. I sent the parcel back, but it got stuck in customs in France and was then returned to me. Instead of helping me solve the problem or taking responsibility, they closed the dispute and kept my money.
So now I have a broken statue, no refund, and I’m the one left dealing with all the stress and extra shipping costs.

I am honestly speechless.

To anyone thinking about buying from Poke Gallery: I strongly recommend you stay away.
I ordered from them three separate times, at different moments, and every single product arrived damaged. This is not bad luck anymore, this is a pattern.

And if something goes wrong, don’t expect real support. They will do everything they can to make the process difficult and avoid giving you your money back.

Avoid this store at all costs.

This was the first time I had ever ordered a figure from overseas, and I was so impressed. I received frequent updates on shipping, and the packaging was so well done. The Charizard figure is truly amazing. I cannot say enough about Poke Galerie. Thank you for all that you did for us and I will shop again from your online store soon!

When placing my order, I deliberately put a different address than my current address at the time because I knew I was going to be moving by the time my order would be processed (it was a pre order).

I had ordered things to my current address before from Poke Galerie, and because of this, they sent my order to that address even though I literally asked them to deliver it to a different address when placing the order.

I got an email from them saying my order was fulfilled, and when I saw that they delivered to my old address instead of the one I TOLD THEM TO DELIVER TO, they gave some ridiculous excuse, saying that their policy was to deliver to the previously delivered address of the person making the order, even though again, I specified when making my order that I wanted it to be delivered to a new address, and they completely refused to refund me or redeliver my order to the correct address.

I repeatedly followed up with them and was ignored by their customer service. It was no small order either; it was over $100, so I'm really upset that they're refusing to do anything to make it up to me when this was clearly their fault.

I'm currently looking into any legal action I can take against them, as surely this must be illegal.

I think it's a beautiful model but it wouldn't stay on the stand. I had to glue it down which is unfortunate because I can't make use of the alternate base that way.

I was able to speak with the team about when their next drop for Drampa would be and they were so quick and kind with their response. Although it took a while to ship (I’m sure tariffs played a big role in this) it came undamaged and snug in its box. The quality is immaculate, my son is going to love it for Xmas.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase as I always am. Customer service always responds timely and everything is packaged securely.

The package arrived on time which im very happy about, but the box was smudged with some kind of oil (i think sesame) so it smelled a bit. Besides that im satisfied with how fast the order arrived.

reliable and high quality, i already ordered multiple figurines and they shipped safely and well packaged and arrived without any damage. the order process also works easy with the option to deposit money before paying the full price later on. if you paid too much for the estimated shipping costs, they'll refund you the amount of extra money after shipping.
i pre-ordered a few other figurines and i'm looking forward to receiving those in the future. i'll gladly buy from them again, too!

Delivery takes a bit long but they have 100% transparent communication throughout the entire process and the products themselves are extremely high quality so its worth the wait. Can't recommend them enough.

Everything went smooth. The glow isn’t very strong on the lava and the battery for the light didn’t last long, but overall it’s a great quality product!

PERFECT POSE, DESIGN, QUALITY, SCALE, BASE AND DETAILS. BEST ARTICUNO SO FAR. PACKAGING IS VERY RIGID, THOUGH IT ARRIVED BROKEN, BUT WASN'T SEVERE, AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR PG TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL REGARDING THE DAMAGE.
