No info about a sent package and no answer to my request when I will be able to get the cards.

Artikel am 06.März bestellt, bis heute, 05.April, nichts angekommen. Keine Reaktion auf Emails, KEINE Möglichkeit das Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen.

Hallo, ich habe jetzt über ein Dutzend E-Mails geschickt und keine Antwort erhalten. Ihre Firma ist schrecklich. Ich verlange seit über einem Monat eine Rückerstattung, da ich ohne jegliche Sendungsverfolgung warte. Sie sind Kriminelle. Ich bin Deutscher, ursprünglich aus Bayern. Sie sind keine echten Deutschen – so ein Verhalten ist beschämend. Sie sollten sich schämen, so etwas einem Landsmann anzutun. Schämt euch.

Horrible company! No tracking, have been asking for refund for over a month! Not one response in over a dozen emails. been waiting. this was a gift for my nieces birthday... I ordered in late January and paid for rushed shipping and tracking... Shame on them.

So wie bei allen anderen. Es wurde Bestellt und fasst 2 Monate später kommt nichts an. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails, einfach nur schlecht. NICHT BESTELLEN

Kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Man bekommt eine Bestellbestätigung und dann passiert nichts. Emails braucht man gar nicht zu senden, darauf wird nicht reagiert. Die angegebenen Versandzeiten werden auch definitiv nicht eingehalten. Bis jetzt ist noch keine Ware angekommen. Irgendwie müsste man die Seite melden oder anzeigen können.

Produkt kam auch nach 2 Wochen nicht an. 3 Emails an den Support sind alle unbeantwortet geblieben, bzw mindestens teilweise gar nicht erst angekommen. Letztendlich habe ich mein Geld über Paypal zurückverlangt

Auf Rückfragen wird nicht geantwortet und die Lieferzeit von 2½ Wochen war auch nicht kommuniziert. Jedoch, der Artikel kommt an. Etwas beschädigt an den Rändern.

I ordered from this site without expecting much but really hoping that my card (standard holo) would arrive. It actually did and it looks amazing, just as the preview I made!
I placed my order on 17 Jan and it was shipped on 5 Feb (to Italy), arrived today (8 Feb) so I'm more than satisfied, especially after reading other reviews. I might just say they may not reply to your emails but I'm confident your cards will arrive, so I recommend buying from this site if you like the graphics

I ordered a card to give to my gf on our 0.5 year anniversary, Wich was on 5th January, and I knew they could take long, so I made it in advance. I made the order on 27th of November, received almost automatically an order confirmation email and waited, on 14th December sent the first email to them, to no avail, 0 response, then on the 27th of December did the same thing, even offering to pay additional shipping because I really wanted to gift her this card, and yeah, no answer. I don't know if I did something wrong but after almost 2 months and no answer whatsoever and no card to my girlfriend, seems like a scam.

I ordered before Christmas and it said that it would come in time for Christmas. I’ve not received it or heard of any updates on delivery. I emailed the support team and I have not had a response at all… just took my money and has not delivered

I can confirm that this service is not a scam—the cards do arrive. I ordered four holo cards, and all four arrived as requested and in perfect condition. However, I experienced several issues with the process.

I placed my order on 06/12/2024, but I didn’t receive any shipping confirmation until 20/12/2024. On 19/12/2024, I sent a follow-up email regarding my order, which went unanswered. Coincidentally, the cards were shipped the very next day.

From 20/12/2024 onwards, I received no updates whatsoever, even though I paid for tracking. Like many other buyers, I never received a tracking number. The next communication—or rather, the resolution—was today, 03/01/2024, when the cards were finally delivered.

While I cannot fault the quality of the product, I strongly advise against purchasing tracking (it's completely useless) and recommend ordering well in advance if you plan to use this service.

I ordered a card for a friend for Christmas. I ordered a standard holo card with tracked shipping. Friend got card and its only a standard non-holo which I didn't want. I didn't even get a tracking number.
Emailed twice, no reply or automatic email.

This service IS legit.
I bought 2 custom cards.
Ordering + shipping took a total of 12 days. I ordered from Germany.

The cards have a little bit of a messy cut on the corners but its still decent for the pricing.

I made an order the past 3rd of December (without tracking) and I'm still waiting for any kind of response whatsoever. I don't even know if it's been shipped at all. I live in Spain so it shouldn't take that long. Obviously I tried contacting them, with no luck.

By reading people here I still have some hope left since it might eventually arrive but I totally don't recommend buying it from here.

This is definitely a scam company. Don't listen to any good reviews. Paid and never received any emails to confirm my order. Tried emailing to ask for confirmation and did not receive any response to either of the 2 emails. I then searched online, came across all the bad reviews, and realised I've been scammed.
I have requested a refund through PayPal to order from a legit website instead.
Lesson learned, do my research before ordering! Don't make my mistake.

Like many of you I ordered a card from them, and received two emails: one confirming the order and the order saying it had been shipped. I paid for tracking number, however, I never received it. I sent more than one email asking for the tracking number and didn’t get it.
I live in the Netherlands and from the confirmation email it took 10 working days to arrive. I just opened it and it’s real and it looks great, like I wanted it! A bit frustrated with the lack of response and paying for something that I didn’t get (tracking). However, happy that it arrived.

Honestly thought this was a scam when i came on here but mine arrived earlier today! I'm from the UK and it took about 8 days to get here. Card is really good quality and comes in a little plastic cover as well as a top loader to keep safe. I would recommend to buy the tracked shipping after reading reviews on here because even though i brought that, i only received two emails after purchase and none to say it was out for delivery and nothing to track it with, but it arrived fairly quickly, so i'd say definitely add it on top, it's only about £4.50 extra. Overall really happy with this product and relieved it wasn't a scam!
