PlusRent Arvostelua

I rented a car from PlusRent in Chisinau and was very satisfied with the service.
The reservation process was quick and efficient, and the car was delivered free of charge to Chisinau International Airport (KIV)—it was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. There were no hidden fees, insurance was included in the price, and the entire service was transparent and professional. The staff was responsive and helpful both when picking up and returning the car.
I highly recommend PlusRent to anyone looking for a reliable car rental company in Chisinau or Moldova. Excellent value for money, a modern fleet, and outstanding customer service. I will definitely use their services again on my next trip!

I had a really good experience with PlusRent and their personal driver service. The driver was very punctual and responsible, which was very important for me. Communication was also easy and clear from the beginning.

The car was comfortable and the whole service felt professional and stress free. I booked the personal driver for 8 hours and paid 175€, which I think was a fair price for the service.

Overall, I’m happy with PlusRent and would definitely recommend them if you need a personal driver, especially for a full day and comfortable transport. Everything went smooth and without any problems.

Repeat customer — car rental, personal driver and Iași airport transfer, all excellent

I've used PlusRent in Chișinău several times now, for three different services, so this review is based on real repeat experience.

Car rental: clean, well-maintained car, no deposit and no prepayment — I just picked it up and paid at the end. Insurance was included and the whole process took minutes.

Personal driver: professional, punctual, spoke Russian and English, dressed properly. Same driver on repeat bookings, which I really appreciate.

Transfer from Iași airport (IAS) to Chișinău: they tracked my flight, the driver was waiting when I landed, helped with the border crossing at Sculeni, and the price was fixed and agreed in advance — no surprises.

Every time: one phone number, a real person answers 24/7, payment only at the end. This is the most reliable transport company I've dealt with in Moldova. Highly recommended.

I used PlusRent's designated driver service on May 21, 2026, and I was really happy with it! I booked it in the evening after an event since I didn't want to risk getting behind the wheel. The driver showed up quickly, was polite, and got me and my car home safely without any hassle.
The price was fair, everything was transparent, and there were no hidden fees. It's super convenient that you can call them anytime and not have to worry about your car. I definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thanks for the professionalism! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
