Plumus Ltd Arvostelua

Very prompt and the nicest person ever! Really appreciated all of the support and banter that was provided. Made me at ease straight away and fixed the issue efficiently! I’m forever grateful and felt massively supported. Thank you so much!

Our boiler broke on Thursday morning and we got it seen and shut off the same day, then replaced on the Saturday.

James was really knowledgeable and diagnosed it quickly, advising on the next steps.

Luke and Craig fitted it on the Saturday. Both really nice guys and explained everything very clearly, advising us on both how to take care of it as well as tactics for keeping our bills down in the long run!

Had a great experience with Plumus, on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and clearly explained what they were doing, couldn't ask for a better service!

Fast to book and quick to sort the issue.

Came within the Hour, sorted a very big issue in no time. Thanks Harry!

James, Luke and Andy were not only highly professional, expert in their explanation, neat and tidy, but did not mind the complications of a positively antediluvian piping system and cistern or the ancient boiler. The replacements and substitutions were installed with a great attention to detail, securing the modern arrangements that work with reliability and greater efficiency. Their readiness to listen and to take care of our particular preferences
was most appreciated. It was a Big Job with a multitude of components, accomplished to the highest standard. And always with a smile.
We could not recommend this Firm more highly.

Prompt, efficient, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable - both James and Andy - highly recommended.

Replaced a toilet cistern and a shower unit earlier in the year, so had no problems with using them again for installing a new vanity unit.
When I approached them about the toilet and shower unit, they turned up when they said they would, and the work has been done to a high standard. Again, with the vanity unit, a high standard of work has been completed.

Harry was absolutely brilliant! He did an excellent job — quick, professional, and very efficient. I’m very, very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber. Thank you, Harry!

Really good service and very quick

Excellent service, problem fixed.

Harry was excellent and fixed my toilet very quickly. He explained clearly what the issue was — the flush mechanism had stopped working and the water kept running — and got it sorted without wasting any time. Great work, and I’d highly recommend him!

Amazing service and totally professional. Got the job done very swiftly and completely satisfied. They took out the old boiler and put in a new one and even took the time to explain to me how it all works. I can’t recommend Andy and Luke highly enough. Very grateful

James D and Luke S did a brilliant job! I can't review this service highly enough.
Installed a new boiler same day minimal fuss. They were clean tidy and so quick and friendly!James. Explained every detail I feel so reassured and my radiators have never been so warm!! Excellent in every way!

Very pleased with my experience. Luke arrived promptly, was very polite, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our outside pipes. Would highly recommend

Really impressed with the entire experience, from my initial call to the service provided by the engineer Craig who came and dealt with the issue at short notice. Very professional, friendly and great communication. Thanks guys!

We had leaking toilets in two rooms and pipe to change. One guy called Harry came up to solve it in less than a hour.

Harry is very efficient and kind. I’m very happy with the job he has done for me.

Booked by my Landlord for the rental I live in. Harry was fantastic! Informative, polite, friendly, professional and worked quickly. Everything was sorted. Would absolutely recommend them!

The team arrived promptly, were extremely professional, well presented and very thorough with their investigation.

They explained the process well to us and carried out the necessary repairs immediately whilst ensuring minimal disruption.

The property was left immaculate.

Fantastic experience all around.

Thank you Plumus

Had Andy - great service. It’s fair to say it was better than Pimlico who we’ve struggled with recently. Would definitely recommend.
