Helpful phone and chat assistance

My chat and voice assistant (Luna) was very helpful in getting the correct part ordered. She paid attention to shipping and billing details and was also very informative with regards to back order expectations. She was also polite. Final price with shipping is a fantastic deal, approximately 60-80% less than all competitors I could find online.

Great product Great Price

Plumbers Stock offered not only a great selection of Toto Drake 1.6 gpf toilets but a great price as well.

My customer Service Rep., Luna assisted me with the purchase. She understood what I was looking for and went over and above in ensuring my needs were met.

The tank and toilet were individually boxed and very well insulated with packing material.

Overall, very happy with purchase and would purchase from Plumbers Stock in the future.

I called in to ask about a discount

I called in to ask about a discount on a large order. After 5mins on hold, I was connected with John who immediately started taking my order and calculating a discount for me. I appreciate his help and look forward to receiving the products soon!
