I've tried many sauna gus experiences in Copenhagen, and the Plugin Heat Club is by far the most professional and comfortable of them all, at a reasonable price. The Amager venue is very well set-up, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is just great. Also, worth mentioning that the change rooms, toilets, sauna and cold plunge pools are clean, which isn't always the case in other places. 5/5 and highly recommend the "Flow" sessions to unwind on the weekend.

Sweat, Sound & Serenity
Plugin Heat Club delivers a top-notch wellness experience. The sauna sessions are exceptionally good — perfectly choreographed and deeply relaxing and revitalizing. The atmosphere is laid-back but elevated with groovy electronic beats that set the right mood without being overwhelming. A great place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a stylish, relaxed vibe.

Wonderful Sauna/Ice Bath Experience
Gretha Storm was my instructor/guide and it made my experience incredible. I’ve done many sauna/ice baths before, but this was the best one. If I didn’t live halfway around the world I would frequently attend her sessions. Highly recommended!

It’s difficult to explain the feeling, but it’s such a beautiful feeling of being completely empty afterwards. The sessions are just perfectly planned and a great combination of heat and cold.
