PLDT Arvostelua 

Vele malen is het internet van PLDT niet beschikbaar in Ulaliman Zone 1 El Salvador City.
Elke keer wordt er beloofd de verbinding te verbeteren,
maar er gebeurd niets.
Denk dat er technisch een heleboel mis is met PLDT.
Iedereen klaagt hier over de slechte verbinding.

Bad customer experience overall. Waiting for a call center agent to pick up a call takes not less than 30-45mins. Repair status is vague and they can't give a definite timeframe for updates. They rarely send SMS updates. Chat agents take too long to respond too and like call center agents, they don't give you a definite timeframe. Even when just calling their hotline, the call options are not optimal.

I advised everyone not to pay your bills at Upper Session Rd PLDT Branch Baguio the security guards treat the customer like a criminal or trash instead of politely informing them of what not to do aside from that they will also make you feel unsafe by staring at you with dagger eyes as if I am stealing or something (OMG I'm just paying my bill these is not even a bank). Aside from these the cashier will take their time moving in a snail pace enjoying the customers torment and smiling wickedly as if they are enjoying seeing their customer wait and wasting their time. Not a good branch Hopefully not all Baguio branch are like these.

Apparently the number 1 internet in the Philippines cannot handle something as simple as being in a discord call while at the same time gaming

Very poor service!!!! Very poor connection!!!!
We are paying for nothing, kaya nga kami nag pa kabit ng wifi dahil mahina yung signal pero ending nagpapaload padin kami dahil madalas walang connection. At malala pa here straight 3 days walang wifi! Nag call na kami for customer service pero walang nangyari! Piro ticket ticket!! Ticket!! Pero dina reresolve yung problem. Sa 3 days straight no wifi nagpa load kami sa lahat ng gadget namin for work sobrang hassle mabagal padin tapos napagstos pa kami lalo. Dapat manlang meron compensation sa ganito or deduction manlang sa bills kasi sagabal sa work namin! Parang nagbabayad kami sa inyo para ma stress. Pati customer service nyo walang kwenta!!! Create ticket wala namang nanyare!!!

The internet is good and all but, random days, random times, it suddenly gonna go slow and slower. To the point where its like, there's no internet even though there actually is. Everything is good though, keep up the good work but please, fix that.

Our landline is not working always. I just made a complain and they did not attend me completely. Ended our chat without solving my problem. I was so disappointed.

Worst Wi-Fi ever, unreliable always disconnected and under maintenance. PLDT cares hang up on you when they can't answer your question.

I hope someday, all Filipinos don't use this internet provider and they will go bankrupt.

I will cancel mine soon and will make it my life's mission to let everyone I know to never use PLDT

this PLDT is the worst of the worst internet companies that i have tried for so many years of using different wifi, this is the biggest bullshit that i have tried yet, better fix your hotline your internet cause so many people being disgrace by your service to your customer, maybe shutdown your company because it's full of trash service, take this as an advice!!!!!!

How can a company be this bad? Horrendous internet, frequent loss of said horrendous internet, and horrible customer service. Whoever manages this absolute dogshit company should have their licenses revoked.
