It's so bad, we even have a freakin update and it's still weak as hell, so low quality, I hate it. I wish this company to get SHUTDOWN, it's ragabating me.

We availed of PLDT WiFi for our study hub business, where a stable internet connection is very critical to our daily operations.

At the beginning, our assigned Relationship Manager was very responsive, enthusiastic, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the experience changed when we encountered a problem with our connection two months later.

Our WiFi service has now been down for almost a month, and despite several follow-up emails and messages, we have not received the level of support and urgency we expected. Our Relationship Manager and customer service team have become unresponsive, leaving us without a clear resolution or timeline.

It is disappointing, especially for a business customer that relies heavily on internet connectivity. We hope PLDT can improve its after-sales support and give the same level of attention to existing customers as they do when acquiring new ones.

The worst internet service provider, no always no internet, there is always isse everyweek, if there is a connection its very slow, a very poor service, and no direct solution for their consumers

Bad connection and can barely run multiplayer games.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. One time when i was calling my friends the internet was so crappy that it lagged my computer and yes. you heard that right. it lagged my ENTIRE COMPUTER
PLDT needs more competitors that are better. I do not recomend. PLDT SUCKS

Poor service provider ..net is always interrupted..too bad that they always charged us but the service is horrible! Please do something about your service!it's been 5 days we never get service 5 days no internet! Bad!

Your local costumer support sucks.

We’ve been your customer for six or eight years now. I paid early and all you provide is poor service. We have no internet for 2 days now. I already contacted customer service, you told me to wait within 24 hours for the technician to fix it. No one went to our house to fix it. Now every time we call we are on hold, I even went to chat and still on hold. Is this how you treat your loyal customer? We used PLDT for our work now we are struggling because of your poor service.

THIS WIFI SERVICE IS SO BAD FOR CONSUMERS THEY ALWAYS PROVIDING PROMOS AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS AND WILL CHARGE YOU OTHER CHARGES WITHOUT NOTICING IT

I am very disappointed with the service provided by PLDT. The internet connection has been consistently unstable, that disrupt both work and daily use. Despite multiple attempts to report the issue, the response from customer support has been slow and not particularly helpful. The resolution process also feels inefficient, with concerns often taking too long to be addressed or resolved. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and has not met the level of reliability expected from an internet service provider. I hope significant improvements are made to both service quality and customer support moving forward.

Pldt is the worst. Sorry sir, no internet for days, weeks. They still charge you full price with no pro rated bill. 4yrs of shitty services we finally terminated our services. I advise getting another service.

I would not recommend this internet, it is poor in every criteria I can think of. Poor customer service, low connection, and here's the thing they purposely lag your connection at the exact moment you're about to win a match on a game, laughing on tiktok, and even when you're studying. But when it comes to boring things you're doing, it isn't gonna lag. I don't recommend.

if i can give 0 star i will. ever since i open an account every month i have connections issue. not worth it find an alternative or other provider. this will just give you headache every month. network connection from hell
