Managed to reach support staff via discord. Replies have been quick and things seem to be moving forward. Refund came through on day 2 following the converstaion from discord support staff. Very friendly and quick to address my many concerns. Top notch folk

Really helpful
Really helpful, getting set up and going was a breeze and they actually do what they say they will. Customer service is on point where I needed some help and advice and they responded quickly and concisely and got me moving again.

I needed help getting my Rust server…
I needed help getting my Rust server set up, and Liam was very professional and helpful.
The only feedback i would leave as a support agent myself is that they should have templates for the reviews, customers that wait for you to find the link and type out the message are less likely to leave a review :D

Great company! Website’s interface is great and easy to use, never had a problem! Staff are great, whenever I have had a query they have been so helpful and quick to resolve it. Deserving of the 5 stars!

Dodgy with poor support
Used PlayerLands for a few months. Had loads of difficulty with the new control panel. Can't use it on my phone. Often it would load and hang.
Business just seems dodgy. People complain they are not able to get their payments. Support is terrible and never reply in Discord.
Switched to Crafting Store and haven't looked back. Avoid.

Sorry that you didn't like the platform. We haven't heard of anybody having problems with their payments, everything is automated and reconciles daily. Comments have been noted, and I'm only assuming that the Discord response was due to a time difference that we maybe didn't have covered at the time as everyone is responded to within 24 hours - even faster now that we have operatives across the world.
