I have been waiting for over ~1 week for my money to end up in the Hyperwallet, which it still has to do. I have over 120$ in this company which I can't get because it's not even showing up in my Hyperwallet to redeem. This company is a major scam, avoid them at all costs. I will be contacting the BBB if I don't get my money in the next few days.

I do not have an account with you nor did I give my consent for an internet payment to be deducted from my account, the transaction you tried to make is fraudulent and has been escalated for investigation.

Unfortunately, I was late to submit proof to you on time before the deadline expired which would have been yesterday ( on a Sunday) I only read the emails today. I am happy to submit the proof immediately now if accepted.

In response to your message I sent a message to your Facebook page who have said they are issuing a refund but il wait the 24 to 48hrs and see as he said he didn’t have card details but yet knew last 4 digits of card

Support is great, tho it can be slow sometimes. My first interaction with support took about 2 WEEKS, in which I was getting very impatient. Second interaction was A LOT better in which being faster to respond and getting straight to the point.
